**What do you like best about Mailscale?**

I've been using Mailscale for a few months and the experience has been first-class. Baris from the team has been a great help, checking in weekly to fine-tune my campaigns and improve response rates. It's rare to find a platform that combines powerful technology with such a high-touch, personalized strategy. The initial setup was super easy. I highly recommend Mailscale for anyone looking to start cold emailing or considering switching providers for a more expertise-driven approach.

**What do you dislike about Mailscale?**

I found getting leads in a timely manner frustrating. But after a call from the cofounders, they fixed and expedited the lead generation process.

**What problems is Mailscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mailscale to enhance cold outreach in my tough industry, and it's been a game-changer with high response rates. The personalized strategy from their team, especially Baris, combined with powerful tech is fantastic, although I had some initial lead timing issues that were quickly resolved by the cofounders.

  ### 2. Effortlessly Automates Email Setups, Needs Faster Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Mailscale?**

I find Mailscale exceptionally efficient in automating the tedious tasks associated with setting up email marketing campaigns and inboxes. This automation capability transforms a manual process that typically takes over ten hours into a streamlined task that can be completed within just five minutes. I appreciate how user-friendly Mailscale is, offering a plug-and-play experience that required minimal effort to set up, partly thanks to the helpful tutorial videos they provide. Another standout feature is the convenience of buying domains directly from Mailscale, which eliminates the hassle of setting up DNS records for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as Mailscale handles these processes for me. This saves me a significant amount of time and money—potentially hundreds of dollars each month—by reducing the need for additional services like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Outlook, as Mailscale's provided mailboxes suffice. Overall, Mailscale enhances my workflow through automation and cost-saving capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Mailscale?**

I find the support response time to be slower than I would like. It takes a longer time to receive replies to queries and issues from the support team.

**What problems is Mailscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mailscale to automate tedious email setup tasks, saving hours and reducing costs by providing domains and mailboxes, replacing the need for multiple tools.

  ### 3. Time saving and easy cold outreach setup

**What do you like best about Mailscale?**

I loved how easy it was to set up our cold outreach with Mailscale. They checked the health of our existing inboxes, set up new ones, and warmed them up, saving us hours. I really appreciate that Mailscale provides us with lists of verified contacts, and their tutorial videos are fantastic for understanding how to manage our campaigns ourselves. The team is available to answer questions, provide feedback on email copy and help solve issues.

**What do you dislike about Mailscale?**

Their response time can sometimes be slow when we have an issue. Our email campaigns are highly time sensitive as we rely on email to drive attendance to our live events. Any issues with a campaign can directly impact event turnout, making it critical to resolve problems immediately.

Mailscale ensures smooth delivery of email campaigns, saves hours with quick inbox setup and verified contact lists, and offers helpful tutorial videos and feedback on email copy.

**What do you like best about Mailscale?**

I quite like how simple the configuration of Mailscale is. I really appreciate the ease of setting up domains and email accounts. Additionally, I find it incredible to be able to purchase domains and email accounts directly from the tool, which really facilitates the management and use of the service without needing to resort to other external providers for these purchases. I am impressed with Mailscale's ability to increase email deliverability, although I haven't started sending emails yet, which makes me look forward to good results when I do. I hope the deliverability rate is excellent, something that would definitely encourage me to continue using Mailscale in the future.

**What do you dislike about Mailscale?**

It took me quite a bit of effort to understand what Mailscale was really for. I thought it was an email sending tool, but in reality, it is only to increase email deliverability. It took me a while to understand its purpose. Additionally, I think it could be helpful if Mailscale explained its purpose better for those who are not familiar with similar tools, such as the benefits and the good things it offers.

**What problems is Mailscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mailscale to increase the deliverability of my emails, although I haven't started sending them yet. The ease of setting up domains is useful, and the effective delivery of emails is a great benefit.
