"Looks nice but major flaws"
What do you like best about Mailbird?

It's very easy to set up and use. Sets up in minutes, seamlessly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailbird?

There are numerous serious flaws. Printing from Mailbird is a nightmare. You never know what you are going to get. No preview window. Ambiguous "Print Conversation or Discussion" seems to do exactly the opposite and wastes paper. You can set it as default email but it won't print from other programs like QuickBooks. You first have to save your report as a pdf then attach the pdf to a new email. Templates are tedious to set up. The drafts folder fills up constantly with blank emails. I moved to Thunderbird which deals with all these issues much better but takes ages to set up features from add-ons. That will be another review. Mailbird isn't ready for prime time and they definitely should not be charging for it, I got tons of spam while using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
