Extremely easy to use. Clean interface. Zero problems so far combining multiple email account sources (outlook, gmail, website domains, ect). Also like the additional Trello integration so I can access it without leaving the email client.

It has simple, average looking interface and many themes that you can apply as per your choice. Looks just like Microsoft Outlook but with less features but its open source and have a free version also. Takes some time to get used to if you are outlook user.

Few issue to connect with outlook. It is not easy to use em client as comparatively to outlook. Recall feature is not available in em client software.
