The platform doesn’t just handle metering and billing; it streamlines operations for multiple stakeholders, from finance to sales and product teams. The flexibility in pricing models, automated invoicing, and real-time usage tracking have significantly reduced manual effort and helped us move faster. M3ter’s continuous innovation and responsiveness to customer needs also ensure we stay ahead in our subscription strategy. **What do you dislike about m3ter?** While the support team is highly responsive and exceptional, more self-serve documentation and best-practice guides would help accelerate onboarding and troubleshooting. **What problems is m3ter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roadmap acceleration across our entire quote-to-cash process. Within the market m3ter offer by far the best integration to internal platforms for receiving usage volume too. This has meant a quicker time to market for new products and reduced engineering effort, both during our initial implementation and ongoing day to day. Through the use of m3ter we've been able to automate all of our bespoke billing caused by previous platform limitations, reduce month end close time, close a revenue leakage gap and increase auditor visibility and transparency. m3ter has allowed us to redeploy engineering resources and remove platform cost that were required to supporting our previous solution, giving us a scalable platform that is built to handle any new billing requirement we create, without months of development lead time required to support it. m3ter has been a fit and forget product for us, with faultless delivery at month end, it's revolutionised our finance teams month end processing. Finally the team at m3ter are incredibly colaborative and always willing to help and go the extra mile for us with some of our incredibly complex asks and requirements. It's felt like a true partnership rather than vendor customer relationship. **What do you dislike about m3ter?** Due to our lack of internal resource we have had a reliance on m3ter for professional services, their delivery has been exceptional, but it is an additional cost to consider. **What problems is m3ter solving and how is that benefiting you?** m3ter allows us to ingest millions of usage points every month, and align correctly to customers contractual terms, producing accurate revenue recognition and usage statement data for our customers ### 3. No more painful reconciliations in various spreadsheets. M3ter gets it right on the first try. **What do you dislike about m3ter?** There are no real downsides to using M3ter. **What problems is m3ter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to M3ter we struggled to close revenue in 12-15 days and typically didn't send invoices until the end of the month. Since implementing M3ter we have been closing the books in a few days and sending invoices on the second or third day of the month.
