I find zonebilling realy easy to work. It takes away a lot of the manual effort thanks to its automation, and it scales nicely as the business grows. Setting up different pricing models is simple, which makes it easier to adjust to what customers need. Zonebilling works fine once you get the hang of it, but in the beginning it feels a bit complicated. Setting things up or making changes takes more steps than I think it should. The interface does the job, but its not the easiest to figure out the right away it takes some learning. Also, when bigger problems come up, the support team sometimes take longer to respond than you’d expect.
