What do you like best about M-Files?

The user interface of Mfiles is really quick easy and user friendly and their integration gives extra value added services on their platform. Their hassle free infrastructure make more suitable data management methods for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about M-Files?

The support we got from M-files is good and nothing have to worry with data protection on Mfiles because their security policies is very high and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about M-Files?

Can in all probability do most document and records managements functions but requires a high degree of customisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about M-Files?

Worst ECM system I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Expensive and difficult to customize.

Unable to determine license usage, thus forcing more license purchases.

No records management functionality.
