The best thing about this company is that it'a saviour dor time and the money for the transporters and the cargo owners. **What do you dislike about Lori Systems?** They are only limited to one country at this time and they should expand their business and shold tap the new markets. Theey should not get limited to to only 1 vertical if they want to be the leader **What problems is Lori Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's saving the direct and indirect cost for the transporters and cargo owners. The owners do not need to track each and everything as the company is giving automatic and accurate invoces ### 2. It streamlines the overall process so that cargo owners can take orders for transportation of logistics. The Lori Client App provides all the information to the cargo owners, which eventually helps them decide to accept the tender for the transportation. The App is intuitive and has a lean interface. **What do you dislike about Lori Systems?** Mostly, the app is used by truck owners, and therefore, it should have a demonstration or help section embedded in the app, which can guide them on how to accept the tenders and filter information more precisely. The sorting and filtering option is good but there is scope for improvement. **Recommendations to others considering Lori Systems:** If you are looking for an app that provides a lean interface and provides all the necessary information to take decisions on the fly, Lori App is a good option in the market and is quite competitive with other apps available. **What problems is Lori Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier, there was a lot of complexity involved in taking orders for transportation by truck owners. The information was shared mostly via mail, physical documents, and communication over the phone. There was a need for a transparent system that allows the truck drivers to get information about the logistics on the go without having to interact with a person over the phone.
