I really value LoneScale's strong focus on European and German market data coverage and its native GDPR compliance, which means I no longer stress about data legality, since all contacts are sourced and processed in line with EU privacy rules. The AI-powered decision-maker detection is extremely accurate, allowing me to target C-level managers, department heads, and technical buyers without guesswork. I also rely heavily on its bulk enrichment feature, which automatically updates thousands of my existing CRM records with current job titles, phone numbers, and company details. The initial setup was incredibly straightforward and the interface is intuitive, allowing my team to start exporting high-quality leads within the same day with almost no training.

**What do you dislike about LoneScale?**

I would appreciate even deeper filtering options for niche German industries, tighter real-time sync with common local CRMs, more flexible export formatting, and slightly faster processing for very large bulk lists. Some advanced segmentation features could be simplified to let non-technical sales users build hyper-targeted lists more easily.

I really like LoneScale for its data accuracy, which is the standout feature for us. Unlike other tools, LoneScale provides verified, up-to-date emails and direct phone numbers, which are consistently reliable and have significantly reduced our bounce rates. The real-time contact enrichment feature is also fantastic. We can quickly upload a list of leads or companies, and LoneScale fills in missing emails, job titles, and company details within minutes. LoneScale’s ability to consistently and accurately track new hires in our target accounts has been invaluable. 
Those intens are important triggers for our sales.

The automation ensures that our outreach is timely and relevant, allowing us to engage with key decision-makers at the right moment.
The CRM integration (HubSpot) is well thought and make all those infos very leverageable.

LoneScale has good data integration, but feel like we could do more if we were able to get more flexibility in integration and data activation. Getting extra options for data integration or suggestions for plays and messaging would make it even better.

Firstly I have to say the Customer experience is amazing! Lisa and Alexandre have helped us since Day 1 and made an otherwise easy to use platform even easier! I love the adaptability of the integration where it allows you to really shape the data you get in to your CRM!

Ideally I'd maybe like a few more fields that Lonescale provide but that isn't too big an issue as it already covers the major properties we are looking to fill in!

We use LoneScale to source warm leads from job postings. It helps us discover new qualified accounts and generate leads we didn't know about before. This unique approach has really boosted our sales conversations. 

Bonus point as well for integrations. LoneScale is the easiest way I know to enrich quality job intent to our stack: Salesforce, Customer.io and Salesloft

As a growth engineer, I think the product is well thought out, and its business objective is clear. The Lonsecale team listened to our specific needs carefully and gave us good advice on structuring the intent data.

They went right to the end of the workflow by integrating tools like HubSpot and allowing us to manipulate our alerts via a webhook.

Most importantly, the Sales team is satisfied with the level and quality of the information, and the first results are starting to show.

The support is very good but needed for the first parameters. It can be a bit overwhelming at the very begining to manage all the options for setting detection flows.

**What do you like best about LoneScale?**

Love how LoneScale helps us be more efficient in our outbound motion, collecting job posting data. It allows us to (1) automate account scoring, (2) prioritize warm accounts, (3) prevent reps from doing manual search, (4) help reps personalize outbound with relevant context.

The hardest part was not integrating it but making sure sales reps would identigfy and use it. Lonescale helped us detailing a sales activation plan and onboarded the sales team on it.

**What do you dislike about LoneScale?**

It would be fantastic to have more flexibility in choosing the launch date for workflows. This is especially helpful when we notice lots of intents on the same day or if the timing isn't ideal, like on a Friday afternoon. Having the ability to select launch dates while maintaining historic in one place would be great.

It helps outbound teams better prioritize accounts by gathering real-time job posting intents. Implementing LoneScale has helped us save time (as much on the growth team as on the sales team) and fast-track our pipeline generation.

**What do you like best about LoneScale?**

It hit the nail on the head in terms of my needs - I have a huge user base of my software and when these users transition to a different company they want to bring my software with them. Before Lonescale we were reactive in our approach - these users would reach out to us wanting to deploy my software at their new company. Now we can be proactive about this with Lonescale and increase deal velocity.

Depending on your business model it could be relatively expensive. However, for our business model we should be able to easily get a good ROI.

**What problems is LoneScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I decided to try Lonescale because I needed to track the job changes of individuals in one of my HubSpot lists, which consistently updates our paying clients. I wanted to stay ahead by identifying when the last job change occurred and where they are currently working. The goal was to proactively reach out to those who recently changed jobs, anticipating their potential interest in using our software at their new company. LoneScale turned out to be the perfect tool for this task!

LoneScale's insights save my team tons of working hours and make us more efficient. Love how seamless the job posting data collection is and the massive impact it has on sales and marketing efficiency. 
Teams can now prioritize accounts based on the likelihood of buying and use job changes as a new trigger to reach out to targeted accounts. 
It's easy to implement and saves me lot of time that used to be dedicated to debug custom scripts.
Also big upside they're evolving really fast with the feedback given.

I’d love to see more dashboard diversity (in addition to the numbers we currently have) and more reporting options.

LoneScale is a valuable tool for sourcing insightful data that supports our outbound motion effectively. In a business world where everyone uses the same tools, LoneScale stands out by diversifying data and making our processes more efficient. One of the main features I like about LoneScale is the Job Alert. Being able to easily identify my prospects/clients who change positions allows me to contact them at the right time, ahead of all other players/competitors.

It would be great to update the Job Alert, so as not to bring up job changes dating back more than 3 months.

Job posting use case could be made more intuitive. To get quality leads, you really need to think deeply about the results you want and strategize the keywords accordingly. It takes thoughtful planning to get what you need.

The real-time job change updates from LoneScale are game-changer for me. I can easily stay updated on my accounts and get a deeper understanding of the account new hires job changes and new hires. Plus Lonescale was fairly easy to implement and start using.

Using LoneScale’s sales signals, we’ve been able to effectively segment our audience, personalize our outreach, and boost meetings and deal closures. It has been a quick way for us to accelerate our sales cycle and show tangible results to the C-Suite.

While LoneScale significantly enhances our segmentation and personalization efforts, a minor dislike is the need for more streamlined workflow creation. Implementing a feature that facilitates workflow creation and understanding would further enhance our usage of the tool.

**What do you like best about LoneScale?**

LoneScale enables me to easily enhance job posting and job changes intents in our CRM. We're confident that they are the best at what they do. Plus, our sales team is always very pleased to receive this type of intents. And it's priceless!

**What do you dislike about LoneScale?**

Some technical improvements were needed for the job changes intent, even though the results of our initial POC against our Sales Engagement Platform show that they are more effective. Moreover, LoneScale is also very receptive to any technical suggestions, and their backlog truly adapts to user feedback, which is highly appreciated.

We don't get to choose which accounts and contacts to enrich in the CRM once the results are out. So, our responsibility is to conduct thorough research to make sure the results pushed to the CRM are high-quality. Although not every result meets our criteria, it doesn't happen too frequently.

We could implement an advanced LoneScale integration thanks to custom web hooks. The implementation was easy and delivered useful insights for our BDRs a few days after signing our contract. The tool has a good return on investment as it’s a cheaper way to generate qualified accounts compared to other tactics such as events or paid ads).

The implementation could have been even faster if there had been a short free trial to set up everything. The value of the tool is in continuous usage anyway.
