"Lightweight, Fast Remote Support with Strong ROI for MSPs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

It’s simple to get clients into a session through the helpdesk app or by sending them to logmein123.com, which makes interactions smoother and speeds up the overall support process. I like the features it offers—for example, being able to install the calling card through a coded session, or requesting information such as a serial number. The file manager is probably the most helpful tool it includes.

It’s also a very lightweight client that uses minimal resources, even during high-intensity workloads. The ability to keep multiple sessions open and multitask smoothly means I can support several clients at once, which helps me work faster and provide better service. I would highly recommend it to other IT providers/MSP's.

It integrates well with both Mac OS and Windows making support easier!

The return on investment is huge the time saved compared to the cost is so helpful and fairly priced the seat count per employee is reasonable and affordable and saves so much time and money for the MSP.

The onboarding for a client is easy and universal as they only require one app being the helpdesk icon and do not need any specific installer per client helping support and onboarding quick and easy for new clients.

The intelligence and AI usage and automated features are extremely helpful for example the automated unattended access feature is extremely helpful for remote device builds requiring a restart or update.

LogMeIn Rescue is an extremely helpful tool for IT service providers and I would highly recommend to new starting business or clients looking for support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

I only have one dislike being there is not an option to send keyboard clip strokes for example when prompted with an elevated admin prompt (Opening cmd as admin) you cannot copy and paste for example a LAPS password into it you have to type manually to be able to send keyboard clip strokes it would be an extremely helpful and time saving tool which each engineer where I would work would value. "Effortless PIN-Based Remote Access with Powerful Admin Elevation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

What I like most is how easy it is to get non-technical users connected using just a web-based PIN code, without forcing them to install heavy software first. On the technical side, it handles Windows UAC prompts and administrative elevation really well, allowing us to restart services, run scripts, or reboot machines without losing the session. The unattended access feature is also a huge plus for performing server updates and background maintenance after business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

The technician console interface feels somewhat dated and can get cluttered when you're managing multiple active sessions at once. Connecting to macOS devices can also be frustrating because non-technical end users have to manually configure accessibility and screen recording permissions in System Settings, which is tricky to walk them through. Additionally, the licensing cost per technician seat is relatively high, making it harder to expand access to light users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Remote Troubleshooting with Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

I find LogMeIn Rescue incredibly easy to use, with its user-friendly interface and fast performance. I appreciate that it automatically reconnects if the connection is lost, and there's no complicated setup required for both the tech consultant and the customer. Being able to draw or point on the customer's screen without taking full control is also a great feature, allowing me to effectively guide users without having to physically be there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

Sometimes it disconnects while on the user screen, but that might be due to network issues. Also, I'd like it if customers could use a web-based solution instead of always having to download the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Remote Support with Immersive Experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

I use LogMeIn Rescue to access my clients, from chat to remote access to provide support for an internal system. It's wonderful and has many options that make the experience great. I like the autonomy of switching tabs, and the system is very complete, providing me with an immersive experience. I also like using apps and tools that can be adapted to my liking, and I feel that LogMeIn allows me to use creativity in my work. I found the initial setup very easy, making it great to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

I believe there should be a confirmation message when connecting to a session, as I have accidentally connected to a session I didn't intend to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Remote Support"
5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

I like LogMeIn Rescue because it allows me to remote into a customer's desktop to address issues quickly and use a laser pointer to direct them easily. I really appreciate the icon that lets me view two or more desktops if a customer has multiple, and being able to open more than one remote session at a time is a huge plus, especially when working on servers and workstations. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm so satisfied that I even rated it a 10 when asked how likely I am to recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

I think LogMeIn Rescue is great overall, but if I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding even more customization options for the laser pointer or annotation tools during remote sessions to make user guidance even clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Simple Remote Support with LogMeIn"
4/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

It is pretty easy and simple to remote into our customer's computers for software support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

LogMeIn does not always show remote sessions with the correct display resolution. Sometimes the LogMeIn software will take over keyboard and mouse functions. I've had several instances where a customer's keyboard and mouse no longer worked, but I was still able to work on their PC without issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use with Seamless Connection and Great Screen Sharing Features"
5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

It’s very easy to use, and the connection is seamless. I also love some of its features, especially the ability to add someone else during screen sharing. It’s really cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

There’s no real consistency between the Windows and Mac versions. The Mac and web versions of the app have a lot of limitations in terms of features, and it’s frustrating to run into differences depending on which platform I’m using. It would be great if all versions were aligned and offered the same features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Client Messaging with Spell Check, but Stability Needs Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

For us, being able to communicate directly with clients and have it spell check too is very useful. Very intuitive easy to understand UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

It can be quite instable a lot of the time, crashing or failing to connect without reason on some devices. An error would help in these situations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
