"Simple to Use but Overpriced"

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue?

I found LogMeIn Rescue simple and effective for remote assistance. It did what it was supposed to do, which was the main thing I was interested in. The initial setup was pretty simple as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue?

It did not do enough for the price, especially with other remote softwares that also offer other features. It might be enough for some departments but for what we needed, it we wanted something like a Swiss army knife. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
