What do you like best about Logikcull?

Nothing really, though a small dislike - really more of a product enhancement - would be during a production/download process to allow you to run TWO loadfile types (ex:DAT and CSV) as sometimes when you run one, the requesting party asks for a different format. What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?

Logikcull is really helping us in regard to the production process. Their deduplication engine, plus the various ways you can sort and tag are helpful to cull files down to what we need to produce to the requesting party. It is also nice to have an eDisc platform that allows us to produce data in a professional, industry standard format, as opposed to producing just in native format based off windows explorer file structure. Logikcull permits the user to customize tags and bulk tag documents by using search criteria, which permits efficient document review. Filtering out spam and irrelevant records can be done within a few seconds. It's easier to flag and catch privileged and confidential information by using the advance search features. Inability to apply multiple tags without the search re-optimizing. For example if revieweing all "untagged" documents, and you would like to apply "responsive" and "privileged" tag to a single document, you can only apply one tag before the search re-optimizes and the document is removed from search. What do you like best about Logikcull?

Document evaluation is rarely enjoyable, but Logikcull made it simpler. The papers load rapidly, and the labeling and categorization tools are straightforward. I really loved the strong support team that was available through the chat option. They are always listening to their clients and improving the software. What do you dislike about Logikcull?

It would be fantastic if this product had a dark mode. Some of the documents were difficult to read owing to low camera quality. If it is possible to reverse the colors in order to parse those papers, it would be an excellent feature to investigate. If such a feature exists, I was unable to locate it. We were able to coordinate and complete our assignment on time for the customer. Our case contained hundreds of thousands of documents, and our paralegals were able to use the program to deliver the review assignments to the attorneys swiftly and properly. What do you like best about Logikcull?

As titled in my review, I absolutely LOVE having live support via the chat feature so I can ask questions as I am working and get answers quickly! No need to wait around for an answer hours, or even days, later. This is a shining feature of Logikcull.

I have tried at least two, if not three, other document management platforms, and Logikcull is by far the most user-friendly of all of them. I like the user interface and the visual of everything. Nothing is perfect, and while I just boasted about how user-friendly Logikcull is, I also believe they can work to make things even more user-friendly.
