What do you like best about Logik.ai?

I like the guided selling feature because it literally won't let reps pick options that don't work together, which reduced the need for quote corrections from about 30% to almost zero. This has saved us tons of time. The approval workflows are also good—they automatically send deals to the right person based on discount or customization, so nothing gets stuck waiting on the wrong approver. What I like best about Logik.ai is how easy it is to use and integrate into our workflow. I also appreciate the wide range of features it offers — especially the automation capabilities — which we use regularly to streamline repetitive tasks. What do you dislike about Logik.ai?

While Logik.ai works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features require a bit of a learning curve, and it would help to have more in-depth onboarding resources or tutorials. A few integrations also need additional configuration, which can slow down the initial setup. Although the support team is helpful, response times could be faster during peak hours.
