What I like best about ServiceNow CPQ is how it simplifies the entire quote to order process. It reduces manual effort by automating product configuration, pricing, and approvals, which makes the sales cycle much faster. I also like how it brings everything into a single workflow, so teams don’t have to switch between multiple tools. The integration with the ServiceNow ecosystem makes it even more efficient for end to end deal management.

What I dislike about ServiceNow CPQ is that initial configuration can be complex, especially when setting up pricing rules and product catalogs. It may require technical knowledge or support from the platform team. Also, for smaller organizations, it can feel a bit heavy due to its enterprise level structure.

I appreciate how ServiceNow CPQ centralizes pricing logistics, discounts, approvals, and margin rules, which helps ensure deals are priced quickly and correctly and avoids over-discounting. Having pricing expertise integrated into the system allows sales to self-serve most deals, while specialists handle only exceptions. I also found the initial setup to be very easy with my team, who are strong and capable, benefiting from good training.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow CPQ?**

Integrating with non-ServiceNow CRM/ERP systems can be challenging. If your main system is not ServiceNow, like Salesforce, you might find yourself wishing for more ready-made patterns and have to invest in custom integrations for accounts, contracts, pricing, and fulfillment. A deeper, opinionated packaged connector would be more beneficial rather than just APIs.

I am looking forward to being able to offer standard offerings and to add and update them quickly with ServiceNow CPQ. I expect this will help in increasing the speed of quote to delivery, making it much faster.

I've had difficulty with the implementation of ServiceNow CPQ. We have all the requirements, but there are issues with getting them into different tables, like product offering, product specifications, service specifications, and resource specifications. The initial setup was also very hard, and I feel there could be a better guide for putting requirements into the right areas.

I use ServiceNow CPQ to create quotes and capture our company functionalities. It helps us have standard capabilities to offer to customers, quickly add and update offerings, and reduce the time from quote to delivery.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow CPQ?**

If you have used older CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions, they usually lag every time you click a button. Logik feels fast and responsive, and the “guided selling” works it feels like the system asks the right questions so I don’t accidentally quote an impossible product configuration.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow CPQ?**

This video conferencing software isn’t exactly plug and play. It is better than most, but if you are the one building the rules behind the scene, expect a steep learning curve. Due to its frequent connection to Salesforce or ServiceNow, the software may feel disconnected or buggy if those systems experience issues.

**What problems is ServiceNow CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It ends the back-and-forth between Sales and Engineering. Prior to using Logik, I would put in a quote, and I would discover down the line that it wouldn’t fit. Logik identifies such errors on the spot. What it means to me is I could deliver a complex quote to a customer within minutes rather than getting it verified by a professional in two or three days.

: Logik.ai’s visual customizer updates the product model in real-time as you toggle options. If you change a 4-foot chassis to a 6-foot chassis, you see the scale shift immediately. This visual feedback loop eliminates the blind feeling of selecting part numbers from a boring dropdown list.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow CPQ?**

Sometimes, too much freedom is a bad thing. When a customizer offers thousands of combinations of colors, materials, and hardware, users can become overwhelmed.
A texture might look like brushed steel in the digital preview but look like flat grey plastic in reality.

Logik.ai uses Constraint Logic. It’s like having a genius expert sitting next to you. If you select a specific high-voltage power supply, the system will automatically grey out the incompatible plugs or highlight the "required" cooling fan in red. It guides you to a valid solution rather than punishing you for an invalid one.it is very intelligent

By now, we are still implementing, not an official usage yet. It is showing a great performance for the UI, we are still adapting to it. So far all good.

I like the guided selling feature because it literally won't let reps pick options that don't work together, which reduced the need for quote corrections from about 30% to almost zero. This has saved us tons of time. The approval workflows are also good—they automatically send deals to the right person based on discount or customization, so nothing gets stuck waiting on the wrong approver. The initial setup was pretty good.

It does a good job with complex product configuration and of course integrating with ServiceNow to reduce the number of systems required to achieve business goals.

It was very difficult to implement and even then it didn't play well with some of the external systems we were using like Oracle and SAP. Overall, we abandoned it for Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

We no longer use it as we switched to Salesforce Revenue Cloud but overall it was helping us sell complex product bundles with minimal effort from our sales team.

What I like best about Logik.ai is how easy it is to use and integrate into our workflow. The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that makes it simple to get started, even for non-technical users. Implementation was straightforward, and the support team was very responsive whenever we needed help. I also appreciate the wide range of features it offers — especially the automation capabilities — which we use regularly to streamline repetitive tasks. Overall, it strikes a good balance between powerful functionality and user-friendly design.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow CPQ?**

While Logik.ai works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features require a bit of a learning curve, and it would help to have more in-depth onboarding resources or tutorials. A few integrations also need additional configuration, which can slow down the initial setup. Although the support team is helpful, response times could be faster during peak hours. None of these are deal-breakers, but smoothing out these areas would make the experience even better.

Logik.ai helps streamline and automate many of the manual steps in our CPQ process. It removes repetitive work, reduces the chance of human error, and makes it much easier to manage complex configurations. The smooth integration with our existing systems also ensures that data stays consistent across teams. Overall, Logik.ai has improved our workflow efficiency, accelerated our quoting process, and allowed us to focus more on high-value activities rather than operational tasks.

While the market has formed their expectations around the limitations of other tools, Logik,io is able to do things other CPQs told us couldn't be done. Logik has a practically unlimited rules engine that runs at incredible speeds, making it adaptable to business needs across all industries at any size.

As an implementer of Logik.io, we are able to make bold claims that differentiate us in the consulting marketplace. For instance, because Logik.io combines an incredibly powerful configuration engine with next-generation user experience, we can bring an "ecommerce experience to buying engineered-to-order products." Not something that is possible with any other CPQ tool in the marketplace.

A powerful rules engine requires strong developer talent and consulting guidance. Logik.io can do just about anything to support your sales process, but you need strong planning and excecution to meet your business case without over-engineering.

Logik.io is allowing us to bring an Amazon-like experience to buying highly complex solutions. Now, we can leave the assembly to Logik and open up sales to internal and partner sales people, freeing up more time for the product experts, and scaling to wider and more skilled sales channels.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow CPQ?**

Being a fairly young product in compared to competitors in the industry, Logik was built from the ground up with a modern architecture (API first, attribute based) that makes it extremely flexible and performant.  As it relates to the configurator, their capabilities exceeded compitotor products out of the gate, and continues to increase in at a rapid pace. I credit that to their platform, and their willingness to listen and act on challenges that various customers face.  The Logik team's cumulative experience as it relates to CPQ across multiple industries puts them in a position to be a trusted advisor around how to successfully implement quote-to-cash processes with best practices in mind.  

As it relates to user experience, there is zero lag within logik, and the ability to easily build workflow within the configurator, create a guided experience for sellers, and quickly show where there are rule conflicts, or opportunities to upsell is excellent, and continues to get better as they invest further in AI capbilities.  

Outside of core functionality for users, they pride their organization has in their administrative function, and the ability to make changes to models with greater speed is a huge selling point.  Updating product catalogs to introduce new products, or making changes to existing offerings is often time consuming, and results in frustration and lack of understanding on why it takes so long from executive leadership in Product/Sales/Finance/etc.  Logik's administration cuts down that time significantly, removing technical roadblocks when it comes to releasing a product and ultimately being able to get a sales order in your customers hands quickly.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow CPQ?**

Nothing to note as of today.  I look forward to watching how they will continue to evolve in the CPQ space.

We were looking at logik to solve various problems, specifically where we needed performance for particularly complicated sales motions that involved selling to multiple customer sites that could each have their own unique BOMs, scaling to high amounts of complexity.

it is easy to use, configure. I manged and i didnt even know java code before, but was able to get by.
Customer support is very quick and effecient, we ill use this for most if not all of our sales going forward.

A few limitations that we ran into during development, nothing major.
No software out there is limitless.
AI doesnt know the specifics of the light java version for assistance in code writing.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow CPQ?**

We're all in on Logik.io with over 25 logik professionals for a number of reasons.  Logik is a game-changer for CPQ/Commerce and many of our complex manufacturing customers, allowing us to do things that just could not be done in standard Salesforce CPQ.  There are numerous items our team could note about working with Logik, from the overall usability and functionality, to the continuous improvement and new features they rollout regularly in listening to customers and partners.  Their headless API and overall architecture is great, but their documentation, including the commitment and discipline to keep documentation  current and relevant, is outstanding.  Internally, their team is simply the best we've ever worked with within the SFDC ecosystem.  From Customer Success and Product Management to Training & Support, they are responsive, knowledgeable  and committed to us as partners and more importantly to our end-customers and project teams.  The Logik team understands the full stack of our solution/integrations and pays attention to the bigger picture, going above and beyond to support, communicate and lean in wherever possible.  Their focus across the company is on the customer/partner and knowing that our success drives their success.  The Logik.io product itself fills a critical transformational need, but their team fills a void that is missing in so many companies.  They're not a vendor but a partner.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow CPQ?**

There's definitely a learning curve with complicated integrations, but the product and UI has also come a long way in just the last year with new UI and features to make "administration" easier.  For our complex manufacturing needs, there are definitely areas where advanced scripting and "Architect/Developer" skils are required.  Deployments can be difficult to organize depending on the number of environments (dev, uat, prod) and volume of changes as there is not "source control" or easy way to selectively deploy some components, but much of that can be addressed via people and process (or by building your own backup/deploy tools as we've done)!

**What problems is ServiceNow CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our implementation covers SFDC CPQ for complex manufacturing, which standard Salesforce CPQ just cannot handle... the C and P anyway.  We also use visual 3D configuration for customers, partners and sales to drive the full process form leads and quotes to cash, fully configuring vehicles along with way with Sales, Visual and Manufacturing BOMs and complex pricing.

Logik is super configurable.  Since beginning to use it to help improve our business processes across a few different subsidiaries, their support team has been available to help support me along the way.  Once you understand how pieces of Logik work together, you can create the functionality to fit any need you may have. Based on feedback provided, and my use of it, there were a few improvements they've implemented since as well.  I love that they consider the end user and their needs on how to make their product even better.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow CPQ?**

For new users to the environment, and those that don't use Salesforce, but a headless setup, the original training attended (101) and then the advanced training, doesn't support learners.  It was solely based with using Salesforce.  There is also a huge jump from the intro to Logik and the advanced training. I feel learners could benefit from more detailed training that is broken down a bit more between beginner, intermediate, advanced.  I've given feedback to the Logik team on this as well.  I feel they could improve training for someone who isn't familiar with writing codes/scripts, but who will be the person who will manage the Logik Admin side of things.

Business Process Improvement - saving team member time and effort when working live with a customer who is purchasing six to seven figure boats/yachts.

I am impressed by the flexibility of the product and many differnt ways you can use Logik.io. Everytime I attend one of their webinars, I learn about another part of business and pricing configuration that could benefit from using Logik.io. 
I also appreciate their dedication to continued improvement of the product, making it faster, easier to use, easier to implement and creating great release notes along the way. Those elements build a lot of confidence in the long term viability and applicability of the product.

No major concerns, though I'm not technical so I must rely on my IT team to make changes and understand business needs to set things up properly.

Logik.io helps fit a need to enable quoting, scoping, and pricing conversations that are not simple. These processes are not one to one and you can imagine a customer buyer needing to see different details than the backend product rules that actually make their purchase possible.
