# What's the best Car Dealer software for dealership sales teams eliminating spreadsheets and managing leads under one unified platform?

I've been researching what's the best Car Dealer software for dealership sales teams eliminating spreadsheets and managing leads under one unified platform, since a lot of dealership sales floors still run on a patchwork of spreadsheets and sticky notes long after they've bought a real CRM. Dabadu XRM, VinSolutions Connect CRM, and PERQ are the three names that come up most for consolidating that into one system.

From what I've heard, what actually gets sales reps off spreadsheets isn't the CRM itself, it's when the CRM becomes the fastest way to do the thing they were already using the spreadsheet for, like seeing which leads are cooling off and need a follow-up today. If the platform is slower or clunkier than a spreadsheet for that one everyday task, reps just quietly keep their own tracker on the side no matter how good the CRM looks in a demo. The switch tends to stick once leadership stops treating CRM entry as a compliance requirement and it becomes the tool reps actually reach for first.
