What I like best about Local Falcon is how clearly it shows true local visibility instead of just average rankings. The geo-grid maps make it easy to see exactly where a business is strong or weak across a service area, which is far more actionable than a single keyword position. It also makes it simple to show and prove progress to clients by visually showing ranking improvements in specific neighborhoods, something especially useful when managing multi-location or service-area businesses. A few things that I dislike about Local Falcon are - it can be a bit too data-heavy without enough context. You can get a lot of grid points and numbers, but it doesn’t always explain why rankings are weak in certain areas or what specifically to fix. It also don’t account for organic rankings, on-page SEO, or backlink influence, so less-experienced users can misinterpret a map as the full SEO picture when it’s really just one piece of the local visibility puzzle. I find Local Falcon easy to use, which really simplifies my workflow for sales calls. I like the good AI insights because they help me provide free value on sales calls, even if the person isn't working with me yet. I wish there was a subaccounts feature in Local Falcon. I currently have to manually delete reports for businesses that I don't end up signing, which gets cumbersome especially when I take multiple sales calls. It can include the functionality of adding more keywords in a single report and giving it as one and also review analysis for each listing can be a bit cheaper instead of $19. I like the trend report that shows the progress that my clients are making for their target keywords in Google Maps. As the SoLV increases, so does the number of impressions, website clicks, phone calls, and leads. I don't like the Apple Maps feature of the tool because it does not share how you rank in Apple Maps search. Instead, Local Falcon uses DuckDuckGo as the benchmark with SoLV. Since DuckDuckGo (especially for local searches) makes up only 1% of the U.S. search market, this does not move the needle. I found Local Falcon quite buggy and messy during my experience. The product was nonfunctional and completely blocked, failing to deliver any results due to some issues, possibly related to a Google update. This made it impossible for me to effectively use it for its intended purpose of Geo-mapping and analyzing local search results. Furthermore, the support team response was slower than expected, taking a couple of days to address the issues, and they were unwilling to provide a refund despite the product's nonperformance and my unused credits. The search functions didnt work. Worst part, I asked for a refund because their product didn't work, and they said no they have no refund policy, even though I didn't get to use the product. I've been using this product for three years and I've enjoyed using it. It seems to be accurate and provides very good valuable insights into not just my clients, but competitors. This is huge when I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to outrank them. I've also enjoyed the releases of new tools and modules they put out over time. These tools make it easier to use the product and obtain even more insights. I like the campaign tool that can put all the keywords I'm tracking per client/location in a single report and I'm able to get weekly or monthly data. You can set it up however you want. I find myself using it a lot to review and go back. I haven't had to contact support because it has worked great for me this entire time and it's pretty easy to use.
