**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

We absolutely love using the Lobbytrack sign-in app at our charity! It’s become an essential part of our daily operations, especially for managing volunteer sign-ins. We rely on it heavily, and it never lets us down.

One of the best things about Lobbytrack is how customisable it is. We’ve tailored the sign-in forms to suit our needs perfectly, and the ability to add photos and scan ID licenses is a huge plus. It makes everything more secure, efficient, and professional.

There’s so much we get out of this app – it’s user-friendly, reliable, and packed with useful features. We couldn’t imagine our day-to-day without it!

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

We would love it if we had higher limit  of visitors - but for that we would have to sign up for a different plan.

**What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we can track who is in the building and who has left, this helps us regarding health and safety.  also we capture visitors details such as email address and phone numbers.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

Our organization started using Lobbytrack a year ago after using paper sign-in sheets forever! The platform was a game-changer. Super user-friendly, efficient, and has significantly improved the way we track and manage visitors.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

Our organization is very unique - we have different types of visitors and different types of departments. Some of their built-in features and visitor questions were standard and we could not customize, but we found a work around and made it work for us and it has been going great so far.

**What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to track and sign-in visitors using paper, lables, etc. They would get lost, we would use up physical storage space to keeps these documents, etc. and then eventually having to pay for shredding services. Now everything is online and more easily accessible.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

Lobbytrack is a breeze to set up and comes with exceptional customer support. The guard app enables the security team to effortlessly monitor visitors and employees on site, while the employee app streamlines visitor scheduling and check-in, reducing waiting times and congestion at our reception area. The portal is user-friendly, customizable, and offers excellent reporting capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

The app seamlessly transitions between visitor and employee modes when used on a single iPad, which may initially cause some confusion. However, this issue can be easily resolved by using two iPads, resulting in a much more efficient solution for your business.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

Our favorite thing about Lobbytrack is that it allows us to get better control over our visitor's logs. It also allows us to integrate our NDA into sign in.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

We actually have no cons about Lobbytrack. It is currently checking off all our boxes.

**What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of potential investors coming into our building to see our products. We were having a hard time keeping track of all the visitors that were coming in. We also have confidential information in this building and wanted to make sure our visitors signed our NDA before coming in.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

We loved that all we needed was an iPad or tablet in order to utilize the sftware. It was super easy to set up and we could have everyone loaded and ready to go in under an hour!

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

When I first started looking at the product, I was able to add email addresses to employees. However, when I went to update people for this school year that was no longer an option. We haven't deployed the employee app yet because the learning curve is a bit steep for organizing visitors, but I think once they get an initial training it will be super easy for them to set up conferences and visitations with parents.

**What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an elementary school, and we have to keep track of visitors constantly. Anyone that enters our campus has to sign in and wear a badge. Lobby track is great at having the visitor stop, sign in, take a picture, and then the badge is printed. It also keeps track of the time that they entered, and the dashboard shows how many visitors are currently on campus.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

It checked "all the boxes" that our school security needed: knowing who is visiting whom, get a report of all visitors on site for the day, easy for guards to use, able to send out emergency alerts to all visitors, will get notified when the Host checks out the visitor to escort them out. 
My IT department likes Lobbytrack because it can intergrate into our SSO and AD. Training teachers and staff was very easy due to LobbyTrack's intuitive interface and how it's UI has the same mobile device look on computers.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

The only downside is there isn't a way I could find that would allow for department receptionists to manage only the visitors for their department (right now they see everyone visiting our campus).

**What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) For years the school was using Microsoft Outlook as a Visitor management system (a very poor one). It didn't address all the needs our Security and department receptionists needed for monitoring, notifying visitors. LobbyTrack checked off "all of their boxes". 2) Campus security need a way to account for visitors in the event of an emergency or evacuation and to communicate quickly. LobbyTrack does that. 3) Needed an intuitive system with a very short learning curve. I was able to train guards and employees in less than 30 minutes.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

Lobbytrack has an attractive user interface and is easy for visitors to navigate to sign themselves in and out. Emails are sent to hosts to let them know guests have checked in. It allows you to create custom badges for your site.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

Setup is not as intuitive as it could have been, however a demo with Mr. Mitra helped quite a bit and we were able to get past the rough areas.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

I love that Lobbytrack integrates with our access control system for real time provisioning and deprovisioning of access cards.  You can literally activate access cards for guests on arrival within seconds.  Then, upon sign-out and/or after a designated period of time elapses, the access card can be shut off automatically.  This really helps us from a security standpoint.  Enabling the integration with our access control system was seamless easy.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

There are a few elements that could benefit from a mild user-interface refresh on the admin side of things.  It would help to have more control over security role granularity for access management of privileged users.

**What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring we always have something in place to "greet" visitors to our main lobby and then notify relevant employee(s) that they have someone waiting for them.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

The software is very easy to navigate. We also enjoyed the notification feature for hosts upon their guest’s check-in. The user interface on the iPad for guest check-in is well done. We also enjoyed the customizable options for required guest information.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

The interface for check-in on the PC feels a little too simplistic and outdated. It would be helpful if we could still create appointments despite missing some of the information. For example, we may not always have an email address for a service technician.

Notifying hosts of guests arrival and automatically printing visitors name badge.

Its pricey for all of the features enabled. Would prefer AD intergration by security group not entire AD organization.

I enjoy the simplicity and the controls of the features that are available to use. Overall, they provide great customer services whenever we reach out and offer quick solutions to all and any issue that we come across.

The fact the we were not notified sooner about lobby track being made available online.

Very intuitive interface, user friendly and has the features that I needed for our needs.

Based on my limited experince I have yet to find anything that I disliked.

As a school during sensitive times, LobbyTrack is giving us the added protection of knowing who is coming in/out of the school.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

The visitor tracking works well, as does the preregistration process for scheduling upcoming visits. You also have a lot of granular control over the sign-in experience. The Lobby app presentation definitely gives our guests a better first impression than the old paper visitor log did...

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

There is a lack of support documentation, which is apparent when configuring things like SSO or getting granular with some of the many other settings. It's also nice that SSO is available, but unfortunately, it is limited to the highest license tier, and the implementation doesn't extend to the employee app, which is a blocker for us.

**What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using Lobbytrack to modernize our previous paper visitor log. We quickly started viewing this as an opportunity to make a strong branding impression on all visitors to our office. We also discovered, post-implementation, that we would need to use the pre-registration features to reduce the bottleneck created when we had a group of visitors arriving simultaneously. As a bonus, we can send the pertinent information to all our visitors, such as the guest's Wi-Fi info.

Lobbytrack comes with so many features, many of which our organization does not need (e.g. photo capture). These options are easy to disable in the settings to streamline the sign-in process.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

The ID badge editor could use updating to give a more accurate representation of the printed badge.

Lobbytack helps us sign-in our visitors and give them an ID badge to keep our facility secure.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

Low cost of entry, easy to test/ trial/implement. Both the on-premise and cloud versions just work. Have rarely required support and when required, they always deliver. Lobbytrack is very interested and responsive to customer input for product improvements/adjustments. Highly recommend this product.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

We've been using the product for 10+ years, can't think of any relevant concerns or flaws.

Because of Lobbytrack's focus on customer and product, what would be an otherwise difficult implementation and system to manage, is simple and seamless for our IT department and easy to use for our operators.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

I really like that I can enter a visitor's information ahead of time to make it easier for them to sign in, and that the app remembers them for future visits as well.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

We save all our logs, so I like that I'm able to export all the information, but all the info is divided into two spreadsheets, so I have to do extra work to combine everything into one log on the back end.

It looks sleeker and more professional to have people sign in on a tablet than on a paper sign in sheet. I like that the app shows our business logo.

user friendly, free support is limited, but they still help you sending you links if there is issues.

it disconnect from database very often. software needs to be restarted very often. a simple close and open the software but its at least once a week or more.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

The designer of Lobby Track software has carefully designed by keeping all aspects in mind for both SME and industries. One of the best features we like is notify host and its watch list functionality. This has made the job of our reception so much easier.  We hand out the tablets to our visitors to self-register.  The tablet is integrated with our centralized database. At the completion of the form as soon as the visitor hit the submit button the host is notified via email. If however the client is blacklisted with any of our employee's or federal and criminal watch list, Lobby Track immediately and discretely notifies the security staff and the threat is eliminated. Our main motto is the security to our staff and clients to have smoother and relaxing atmosphere.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

Ever since we have started using Lobby Track we have nothing to dislike but just praise this system.

**Recommendations to others considering Lobbytrack:**

I would highly recommend Lobby Track to anyone SME or industry. A++

Reduces the work load and allows us to concentrate on other important matters.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

I decided to use Lobby Track for one of my special events. Everybody that came was a huge fan of the Self Sign In because it made the process of getting into event very easy. In addition to this, I also used Pre-Register Visitors for the guest speakers so they could slide right on into the room without having to wait in the short line. My team specifically used the Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet as our main device to get everybody in and it worked great. This software has a really nice and smooth user interface. Prior to this, we would just enter people using an excel sheet, but that took forever. Lobby Track defiantly made registration simple and professional.

**What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?**

Lobby Track really does everything that I thought it would do.

Lobby Track is for visitors coming in to my firms building, so it is very simple to check them in.

Lobby Track was the best solution for a small hospital client. We assisted in their search for a cost effective and versatile check-in solution which would all allow visitors to self-sign. They were very pleased with the easy to use kiosk and integrated notification email upon arrival. They choose to create a customized for to speed up the overall check-in process with updated important information. Saving staff and patients from wasting time going over the information.

Great when you do not have a large technical staff to maintain. Simple and Clean implementation.

**What do you like best about Lobbytrack?**

With safety being a concern in my front lobby area I found Lobby Track the perfect solution. I can check a person against various watch lists, which gives me a true sense of security. My staff can pre-register a visitor so we know when to expect someone at various hours of the day. It is a very stable piece of software, easy to install and no time wasting trying to learning either.

Truthfully nothing...... A very stable platform
