Top Quality Prospect Lists and Market Research **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Liz W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2023 **What do you like best about Linkamber?** I loved: - The quality of lists: Relevant prospects with a very low bounce rate - Market research: Go the extra mile to do market research and find SQLs that convert - Dedicated Manager: This is a game changer for us as the manager is always available via email and can hop on a quick Zoom call when required. - Market knowledge: They know how different industries work and who to target based on your ICP. It helps a lot. - Pricing: The pricing is very competitive. Compared to similar services such as ZoomInfo, they provide a lot more value for a similar price. **What do you dislike about Linkamber?** I did not find anything I disliked about them, but depending on your needs, these points may affect your decision. - As it is not a static database and data is sourced in real time by conducting research, you will have to wait for your list. I do not find this annoying, as they can turn over a quick list within 24 hours and deliver our weekly pipeline every Friday. - We have an annual contract with Linkamber, but for someone who wants to pay on a per-list basis or monthly, the pricing can be on the higher side. **What problems is Linkamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide real-time prospect data, data cleaning and industry research services. They solve the following problems: - Data Decay: Source and validate data in real-time so prospect lists are up-to-date. - Inaccurate Data: Human research and validation eliminate inaccuracies and invalid data, replacing that with valid information. - Continuous flow of prospect data: They provide weekly lists based on your requirements for your sales team, so you do not have to worry about pipeline and opportunities for your sales team. Their services helped us increase our outbound B2B sales revenue by 300% within six months. ### 2. Their responses were prompt, thoughtful, and detailed. Every list field was reviewed and corrected with a scrupulous eye, but balanced in the name of expediency. Completion estimates were accurate and the work was delivered in a timely manner. If something was requested last minute, their team made every effort to complete it as quickly as reasonably possible, prioritizing projects effectively. The team also worked very independently, requiring very little management from us. **What do you dislike about Linkamber?** Honestly, nothing at all. Their work was excellent. On our end, the tracking of their projects outside of spreadsheets could have been better, but that was the result of our unfortunately understaffed sales operations department. **Recommendations to others considering Linkamber:** Hire them. They're the best in the business, providing quality lists quickly, accurately, and with an eye to in-depth target customer market research. **What problems is Linkamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** I hired the Linkamber to work with our WizeHire sales team at the end of 2020 to help build out and drive our outbound sales pipeline. Linkamber's team lead, Nouman, grew and completely independently managed his team to seamlessly expand with our company's growth. Linkamber soon became an incredibly integral part of our sales strategy and sales success, generating over 100,000 SQLs over the course of their two years with us, and drove up our outbound sales revenue by 900% just a year after they joined us. The team consistently made thoughtful and impactful recommendations toward our lead generation strategy, and contributed to market research reports to give our sales and sales operations departments a better understanding of our target leads, going above and beyond simple list building.
