What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

LineLeader is clear about what steps to use at what time and every aspect of the sight is easy to navigate. The reports are also extremely helpful to see progress! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

My only qualm with CRM is that sometimes families do not receive any tasks if it is a transferred family. I believe this would be the only thing I would change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

User friendly, concise reporting, multitude of options, great support from company. We use this all day every day, so have very frequent use of the system and overall find it very easy to implement and changes. We have also found the system to integrate easyt to all other platforms we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

Sometimes there are glitches in statuses adjusting, however Selene has been an expectinal support when we have issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

*Have had a great deal of difficulty with parents being able to pay invoices on line.

*App stop working and having to delete and reinstall several time

What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

I like how easily it is for parents to use the feed.

The payouts are quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

I wish there was a way to see the entire ledger as one document and download it for parents. Also, payments...it would be nice for a check to be applied to a family vs. one child. Our parents do not like that they pay a transaction fee per child vs. family when ran at the same time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
