What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

We launched our CRM account right at the start of COVID and went through a few customer service reps till we got settled in. Their team seems to have settled out now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LineLeader by ChildcareCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped our message remain consistent across multiple locations and even allows for more remote monitoring and management on the corporate level. sometimes it doesn't always sync and there are sometimes problems when parents send the forms and they we are not able to print them. It looks on our side that they have not been filled out but on the parent's side they are filled out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
