What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

They took our manual roadmap for leads and made it automated. Great time saver for our staff and they even held personalized training for our multi-site teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

We launched our CRM account right at the start of COVID and went through a few customer service reps till we got settled in. Their team seems to have settled out now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to see a section of the platform for keeping track of staff information too. Simple things like name, DOB, contact info and email for sending newsletters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes it doesn't always sync and there are sometimes problems when parents send the forms and they we are not able to print them. It looks on our side that they have not been filled out but on the parent's side they are filled out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
