What do you like best about Lefty?

Its intuitive interface and targeted discovery features help me quickly find the perfect influencers for campaigns, while its effortless reporting saves me countless hours of scanning social media for placements and clearly demonstrates ROI to clients. With Lefty, we can move from strategy to impactful results faster, making it a game-changer for my team and our clients! I have experience with Tribe as well, and I prefer Lefty. What do you dislike about Lefty?

The only thing I wish Lefty had more of was influencer emails -- I know the company is working on this, but that would definitely help us shift away from using other platforms (like Upfluence & Influencer Intelligence) as well. We often need to find influencer emails when we're curating lists, so we can reach out to them, so that would be a great addition to continue to work on expanding! What do you like best about Lefty?

What I like best about Lefty is that it’s a truly complete tool for influencer teams. It brings everything together in one place — from talent discovery to forecasting and performance evaluation. The forecast feature in particular stands out, as it provides clear estimates of the results you can expect when working with specific talents, which makes planning much more strategic. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, which is crucial for a globally used platform, and the initial setup was seamless. What do you dislike about Lefty?

There’s very little to dislike, but one area where Lefty could evolve further is in the use of AI to make discovering relevant talent even more intuitive and efficient. Smarter recommendations based on brand fit, past performance, and cultural relevance would be a great addition. Incorporating stronger social listening capabilities could also add value, helping teams identify emerging talents and trends earlier and connect influencer activity more closely to what’s happening in culture. I find Lefty to be an extremely easy platform to use, which greatly simplifies my workflow. The ability to extract reports is particularly valuable, as these super helpful report extractions provide insightful data for decision-making. The campaigns, directory, and reporting/analytics tools are very ergonomic and intuitive, contributing significantly to the platform's usability and efficiency. I love that Lefty frequently updates their tools and has an exciting upcoming roadmap, which keeps my team engaged and looking forward to new features. What do you dislike about Lefty?

I sometimes encounter technical bugs with Lefty, though they are fixed promptly once reported. Additionally, the data related to Chinese social platforms needs improvement. It would be beneficial if AI could be integrated to automatically recognize posts related to campaigns, reducing the need for manual input. What do you like best about Lefty?

What I like about Lefty is that I feel it's essential for the software to estimate influencer metrics.

I like that it's software that reads stories, which is a plus for our work since we can negotiate more effectively with influencers regarding total content.

Our clients can see online how their campaigns are performing, and this is vital because it alleviates their anxiety. What do you dislike about Lefty?

It would be incredible if Lefty could see the saved and shared content of influencers, since this metric is relevant for calculating CPA and CPE costs, and to obtain this information we have to contact each influencer individually.

If we can add the ability to copy and paste hashtags to Lefty for tracking, it would be great. As we need to key in hashtags one by one during campaign tracking, it might be tedious when there are a lot of hashtags to track. So being able to bulk upload hashtags will make the experience smoother. Also, being able to delete influencers from all campaigns would be a much appreciated feature. We’ve been using Lefty since January 2025, mainly to track and monitor our influencer collaborations, create performance reviews, and upload content.

What do you dislike about Lefty?

What we dislike about Lefty is that there are many tools included that we actually don’t use or need, yet we still pay for them.

Also, we don’t work with influencers on short-term collaborations — we focus on long-term relationships, where influencers keep tagging our brands over time. What do you like best about Lefty?

Using lefty has been extremely helpful when it comes to tracking our EMV and monitoring our progress toward our social media marketing goals. It has made it much easier to stay organized and focused, especially when planning and executing events. What stands out is how intuitive and user-friendly Lefty is—making it a pleasure to use compared to other, more complex platforms. On top of that, the customer support team, is always quick to respond with helpful, solution-oriented suggestions. Overall, Lefty has become an essential part of our workflow whenever we have an event coming up.
