It's practical in real enterprise workflows which actually reduces the operational workload. it connects with workday, okta, hubspot and salesforce which was helpful for us. It was very intuitive and simple to use and navigate. The value was directly measurable as ticket deflection, headcount churn and the pressure and many more. The latency was decent enough and could handle the retries easily. Onboarding was easy as it can get. It just didn't stop at answering questions, it could take on the tasks like picking tickets and updating the HRMS systems easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
