
I like that the tools allows you to set up different "playbooks" from which to draw questions from. These "playbooks" can contain questions which are specific to an employee's role or title within the organization. If you have a large enough pool of questions from which the tool can select, it can introduce some variety so that users aren't feeling like they are always being asked to comment on the same things every time. I also enjoy that you can automate the reminder emails to be sent out ahead of your scheduled one-on-ones so that folks have time to prepare and analyze the responses which employees provided. I don't like that in order for each manager of an organization to have different employees report up to them, they need to have a separate account, which is an added cost. I would like to see more user management controls built in as part of tool so that and single organization can leverage one account rather than having to purchase and manage multiple accounts for different teams.
