**What do you like best about Lead Assign?**

What I like most about Lead Assign is how much it simplifies our lead management. It automatically matches and routes leads to the right team members based on criteria like region or skills, which saves us a ton of time. I also really appreciate how flexible it is when setting up custom rules for lead distribution, so the right person consistently gets the right lead. Overall, it’s been a real game-changer for keeping our outreach efforts organized and running efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Lead Assign?**

One thing I dislike about Lead Assign is that the platform can sometimes be tricky when you’re setting up more complex routing rules. It works well for basic lead distribution, but building advanced workflows can feel cumbersome and often takes some trial and error to get right. I also think the interface could be streamlined so certain features are easier to find and access. That said, once everything is set up, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is Lead Assign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Assign is solving the problem of manual lead distribution for us. Before using it, we had to manually assign leads to team members, which was time-consuming and often led to delays. Now, with Lead Assign, the entire process is automated, ensuring leads are routed quickly and accurately based on predefined criteria like location, skills, or availability. This has significantly improved our team's efficiency and response time. It also ensures that no leads slip through the cracks, ultimately helping us improve customer follow-up and boost conversions.
