I also really appreciate how flexible it is when setting up custom rules for lead distribution, so the right person consistently gets the right lead. Overall, it’s been a real game-changer for keeping our outreach efforts organized and running efficiently. **What do you dislike about Lead Assign?** One thing I dislike about Lead Assign is that the platform can sometimes be tricky when you’re setting up more complex routing rules. It works well for basic lead distribution, but building advanced workflows can feel cumbersome and often takes some trial and error to get right.
