
What I like most about Lead Assign is how much it simplifies our lead management. It automatically matches and routes leads to the right team members based on criteria like region or skills, which saves us a ton of time. I also really appreciate how flexible it is when setting up custom rules for lead distribution, so the right person consistently gets the right lead. One thing I dislike about Lead Assign is that the platform can sometimes be tricky when you’re setting up more complex routing rules. It works well for basic lead distribution, but building advanced workflows can feel cumbersome and often takes some trial and error to get right.
