**What do you like best about Layline?**

As a reseller, Layline has been a great addition to what we offer. The Listings and Reputation tools are AI based and make it easy for our clients to keep their business info consistent everywhere and generate more reviews through automated invitations and QR codes. They have dramatically surpassed the review volume generated by any other platform we have used and they distribute the reviews to where you need them most based on google or AI searches.

The Online Scheduling and patient engagement tool has also been a big win. It fits right into existing workflows and gives patients a simple, smooth way to book—helping increase appointments and reduce front-desk work. We have clients generating as much as 70% of their appt's through the online and engagement interfaces. It also has helped to dramatically improve the results of our advertising efforts.

The platform is easy for us to manage and even easier for clients to use. It ties directly into the EMR or CRM used by our clients and the reporting is excellent. The layline account team also shares best practices.

Definitely recommend Layline to any agency or healthcare marketing team looking to automate, grow online presence and be set up for how AI is changing search and patient engagment.

**What do you dislike about Layline?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that some clients initially need a bit of hand-holding to fully understand the value of Listings or Reputation management — but that’s more about client education than the platform itself. Once they see the results, the adoption is solid.

**What problems is Layline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By centralizing everything in one platform, Layline makes it easy for us to manage multiple clients efficiently while helping them improve their online presence and drive more traffic and patients.  The reporting tools also help us to make improvements and communicate results to clients.

The doctors and physicians we work with are happy—which makes us happy too.

**What do you dislike about Layline?**

As a newer platform, some advanced integrations are still evolving, but Layline’s team is proactive and responsive. This can be a pro as well. I have seen my feedback actually become part of the application. They really listen to customer feedback and make it happen.

**What problems is Layline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially adopted Layline’s Campaign Marketing, and online scheduling applications to improve our own agency’s digital footprints. The results were immediate: better online visibility and a measurable boost in lead funnel performance. RypleFX’s referral features set it apart from anything else we’ve tried, helping us attract new business.

Seeing these results, we expanded our use of Layline to include the full suite for our healthcare clients—leveraging Patient Experience tools, the SETTER patient scheduling application, and listings/reputation offerings. Our clients saw improved appointment booking, reduced no-shows, and enhanced patient satisfaction. The all-in-one approach allowed us to deliver seamless, high-touch marketing and operational improvements across dermatology, behavioral health, med spas, dental, vein & vascular, and vision clients.

**What do you like best about Layline?**

Reputation: Have seen a 650% increase in review volume driving a better reputation and more search results. The tool sends review requests for Google, Apple and AI tools.
Setter Scheduling and Patient Engagement: Over 1,500 appointments have already scheduled online from direct advertising, the website and listings. The application scores every lead, sending them directly for scheduling, and has caused advertising performance to improve by 23%.
Listings Performance: All listings are controlled centrally to optimize content for AI's and SEO, with integrated scheduling and managed promotions.
Patient Experience: The NPS score has been 2x as good as industry averages and we use the application to get feedback from patients and share content for AI consumption.

**What do you like best about Layline?**

The team has coordinated my listings, weeded out all false information, organized mentions on websites, help me rebrand and build a new site, and is in the midst of an advertising campaign. It took a few months, but we are starting to see many referrals from these efforts.

**What do you dislike about Layline?**

There were some personnel issues that had to be sorted out in order to get the right people, but this is common in any business.

**What problems is Layline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the process of rebranding and had to drive new traffic to our office. This was the ultimate goal of partnering with Layline.
