What do you like best about Layline?

As a reseller, Layline has been a great addition to what we offer. The Listings and Reputation tools are AI based and make it easy for our clients to keep their business info consistent everywhere and generate more reviews through automated invitations and QR codes. They have dramatically surpassed the review volume generated by any other platform we have used and they distribute the reviews to where you need them most based on google or AI searches.

The Online Scheduling and patient engagement tool has also been a big win. It fits right into existing workflows and gives patients a simple, smooth way to book—helping increase appointments and reduce front-desk work. We have clients generating as much as 70% of their appt's through the online and engagement interfaces. It also has helped to dramatically improve the results of our advertising efforts.

The platform is easy for us to manage and even easier for clients to use. It ties directly into the EMR or CRM used by our clients and the reporting is excellent. The layline account team also shares best practices.

What do you dislike about Layline?

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that some clients initially need a bit of hand-holding to fully understand the value of Listings or Reputation management — but that’s more about client education than the platform itself.
