One thing that stands out with Lantaria is that it is highly customizable as per your needs and has the flexibility of being hosted on premise or on cloud. They keep updating their software version to keep up to speed with the latest technological advances and security udpates. Also, I like the 360 review feature and 1-1 check-ins. These are the real game changers. The 360 reviews let us get feedback from everyone involved – managers, peers, even the employees themselves. This way, we're getting the full picture and not just one person's view. The 1-1 check-ins? The system's reporting features will give you valuable information about your progress and help you find areas to improve. Another great feature of the performance management module is its ability to track and measure employee performance over time. One of the biggest pros of Lanteria HR is its integration with Office 365 and Teams. The integration lets us easily manage our HR processes in the same environment as our other business tools. Even though there have been a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional delays in data syncing, they haven't had a big effect on how well the system works overall.
