We used to work with excel and spreadsheets a lot, and now we can simply extract any data or report from Lanteria, saving a lot of time. Some reports I expected to find, especially recruitment, are missing - but the implementation manager promised they will be added by the end of 2022. The performance review and competency function is also really useful for managing cascading goals and rating against competencies as part of the review process. Those competencies can be easily linked to your position descriptions. I also like how easy it is to build reports and pull data from the system. **What do you dislike about Lanteria HR?** There are some limitations around permissions e.g. you can't create permission groups for budget holders. This system is much easier to use and a time-saver compared to past systems that have been used.
