**What do you like best about Lanteria HR?**

We've been using Lantaria as our HR management solution for the greater part of the last decade and have been overall very pleased with their customer service and technical expertise. 
One thing that stands out with Lantaria is that it is highly customizable as per your needs and has the flexibility of being hosted on premise or on cloud. They keep updating their software version to keep up to speed with the latest technological advances and security udpates. We've always had a dedicated person from Lantaria who is able to support us  with short notice on any techincal issues that we needed help with.

**What do you dislike about Lanteria HR?**

Not much to dislike though but I can look forward to Lantaria adding more features such as integration with other industry leading applications which would make managing user data even more seamless.

**What problems is Lanteria HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lantaria HR has provided a centralized system to manage the comapny's workforce and employee data. It's a reliable solution to manage company's sensitve documents, Employee job infomration, Staff leave managment and approval systems. This has been helpful in reducing administarive work and otherwise maintaining the data manually somewhere else.

Lanteria is the clear choice for any size business that needs an HRMS that can be customised to fit their needs.

Finding the perfect HR system that was both flexible and safe for employee data had been hard for me. 

Our team is on Office 365, and Lanteria solves a big problem for us because it works so well with Microsoft products.

Really simple to use. Love this software.

Nothing as such.

My team hasn’t logged any complaints about the product. So far, everything has been good.

It blends perfectly with the Microsoft environment. Another important problem it solves for us is automating the onboarding process. 

We are an agency, and we constantly hire new talent. Lateria’s ATS and onboarding system save time and effectively solve onboarding issues.

Further, it helps us manage the workforce without any worries.

Lanteria HR software is very useful for HR domain and functions. Hr processes are easy to use like attendance, recruitments etc. so on. 
It is customizable according to our requirements. Sogtware is easy to implement and easy integration. Also they have good customer service.

It is a nice software and has all required features. Nothing odd came to my notice.

It has good features related to ATS/Applicant tracking so as workin in recruitment industry, its beneficial for keeping candidate data in order.

We used to have problems with the flows when we contracted people, the onboarding and offboarding of people and managing in real time what employee belongs to each team, all these problems were solved with lanteria, since we have complete view of everybody in our company and we built all the needed flows.

**What do you like best about Lanteria HR?**

The Performance module. It gives us a straightforward dashboard where we can see all the vital stats about our employees' work performance. And, it updates in a flash so we're always in the know.
Also, I like the 360 review feature and 1-1 check-ins. These are the real game changers. The 360 reviews let us get feedback from everyone involved – managers, peers, even the employees themselves. This way, we're getting the full picture and not just one person's view. The 1-1 check-ins? They're like half-time team talks, giving us a regular opportunity to catch up with team members, sort out any problems, and cheer them on.

All up, Lanteria is easy to use and packed with features that help us support our employees to be the best they can be.

It can take a bit of time to get your head around all the things it can do. It's like learning a new sport - there's a few rules to figure out at first.

As someone who uses Lanteria HR's performance management module, I was surprised by how easy it is to set goals and KPIs and keep track of them. The system's reporting features will give you valuable information about your progress and help you find areas to improve.

Another great feature of the performance management module is its ability to track and measure employee performance over time. The module generates comprehensive reports that provide insights into employee progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.

The system has tons of features and can be overwhelming for some users. Managers will also have to put in time to set up the system and teach employees how to use it.

Lanteria HR is a real ace up our sleeve when it comes to taking care of our people and their time at work.

The Core HR module of Lanteria is super useful. It gives us an easy-to-read dashboard that brings all the important information about our employees into one place. It's quick to update, so we always know where we stand. Plus, we can tweak the system to spit out the reports we need, helping us make smart decisions about our staff.

The Time and Attendance module is just as solid. It cuts down on the amount of time we have to spend punching in data and, as a result, we've got fewer mistakes. It also works well with other systems we use, making everything run more smoothly.

All in all, it's user-friendly and automates all core HR processes in Pics.io, making our lives a whole lot easier.

**What do you like best about Lanteria HR?**

The price point can not be beat.  The package itself is very flexible and allows you to tailor almost anything to meet your companies needs.  It can be tweaked to add items where necessary and they are always making improvements.

**What do you dislike about Lanteria HR?**

It is built on top of SharePoint.  There are things that you have trouble working with because of limitations of the underlying platform.  The software itself isn't tough to deal with, but you sometimes find yourself trying to work around limitations within SharePoint that probably would not be there if developed in another platform.

**What problems is Lanteria HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lanteria replaced a homegrown software written by a developer 10+ years before me arriving developer that used the software as a college programming project. It had deficiencies and limitations not from the developer's talents but by the developer's lack of knowledge about HR in general.

**What do you like best about Lanteria HR?**

With Lanteria HR, we finally have an overall overview of our HR processes and tasks. The flexibility is great - you can add features, change modules, modify the system as you like, without any technical skills, as the entire implementation is made by the Lanteria team. We used to work with excel and spreadsheets a lot, and now we can simply extract any data or report from Lanteria, saving a lot of time. Self service tools are also very helpful, as employees can access their documents, performance review forms and register absence even from their mobile phones. 

**What do you dislike about Lanteria HR?**

This HRMS is pretty complex and the setup took a long time. Some reports I expected to find, especially recruitment, are missing - but the implementation manager promised they will be added by the end of 2022. The number of features Lanteria HR provides is enormous - I've been using this software for over a year but still can't say I'm familiar with all its functions.

**What problems is Lanteria HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing paper spreadsheets, excel files and increasing security of sensitive employee data. It automates day-to-day tasks like time tracking and time-off requests, onboarding, performance management.

**What do you like best about Lanteria HR?**

Lanteria HR is a great product that has even better team behind it. I enjoyed working with Lanteria's product consultants, project managers and the support team very much. It has never been "no, it can't be done" situation when it comes to Lanteria. And this is amazing. And as for a SharePoint-based product the Lanteria HR system looks very modern and runs quickly.

**What do you dislike about Lanteria HR?**

Implementation took a few months, but we had some custom requirements, so this was expected.

**Recommendations to others considering Lanteria HR:**

Use a Help on Lanteria's website! It really helps a lot :)

**What problems is Lanteria HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Lanteria, we used Excel Spreadsheets and did all HR tasks, like onboarding and time tracking, manually, in a very old-fashioned way. Lanteria became a real game changer for us. We moved all our employee data to Lanteria, and lived happily ever after. No, seriously, it became such a relief for the entire team - register and approve absences automatically, see who's out of the office in real time, get all important reminders and notifications, run performance reviews and a study with a Learning catalog with LinkedIn and Go1 courses - and this is just MY personal top of Lanteria HR features, and they have so much more to offer.

Complexity - Lanteria can be your only HR tool with various tools like recruiting and e-learning.

From a technical point of view, I must mention the possibility of custom development (special fields and new functions), the ability to automate most processes and integration with other systems. In addition, I appreciate the access to data in the SharePoint interface.

I have also had positive experiences with Lanteria's support - communication is fast, and they really try to accommodate.

**What do you dislike about Lanteria HR?**

Combined with complexity, SharePoint also has its drawbacks. The setup of some modules is not very intuitive and it takes a while to get into it (evaluated from an admin/owner perspective).

Lanteria allows us to manage employee data, including recruiting, related notifications and its integration with other systems.

Great piece of software, reasonable cost, its flexibility and integration with the SharePoint infrastructure.

If moving from other systems/processes, you need to make sure to plan and ensure the off the shelf features support that, otherwise you need to make sure to customise all requirements before implementation.

As not-for-profit organisation, our workflow is often different to a larger organisation. Lanteria allows us to utilise the SharePoint infrastructure and customise the processes to our needs. We also use Performance Management to run our annual reviews.

**What do you like best about Lanteria HR?**

Lanteria HR is actually really easy to customise to be able to record the information that you need.  The performance review and competency function is also really useful for managing cascading goals and rating against competencies as part of the review process.  Those competencies can be easily linked to your position descriptions.  I also like how easy it is to build reports and pull data from the system.

**What do you dislike about Lanteria HR?**

There are some limitations around permissions e.g. you can't create permission groups for budget holders.  To bring in the 'wow' factor to functionality you need to apply add ons e.g. PowerBI to create reporting dashboards

**What problems is Lanteria HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lanteria HR makes tracking position/employee relationships and monitoring vacancies much easier.  It also really helps with monthly reporting and with automating the performance review process

Lanteria HR is easy to use (this is extremely important for employees), has a pretty clean interface and the document upload feature is great.

It's a complex HRMS, so sometimes it can take several clicks to get from one page to another, like from a manager's dashboard to a turnover report.

Nothing. Lanteria is a great product. I'd recommend it to any small to medium size business.

We don't currently have any HR issues that require resolution.  Over more than a decade we've worked with Lanteria to develop the platform and we enjoy the plethora of features the platform has.

What I like the most about Lanteria is its user-friendly interface. It is straightforward to navigate. What I like the best is that it is integrated with Linkedin Learning. Also, our annual performance review was really made easy.

You should never skip employee training before your workforce will start using it - the system is quite complicated and needs onboarding.

Lanteria HR helped us move our employee database from Excel to a cloud-based HRMS, and it was a life-changing decision for our HR department. Lanteria HR covers all tasks related to people management in our company, including training, recruiting and smaller tasks like time tracking.

With Lanteria HR we consolidated several isolated HR systems, that we had been using for a long time. It's really convenient when you don't have to open different apps during the day - all your personal data, leave allowances and timesheets, courses and certifications are available in one single system. And what I personally like the most about Lanteria are self-service tools, they save a lot of time!

Two things I like best of all in Lanteria LMS:
Integration with LinkedIn learning. You can create learning sets for newcomers and easily check their progress with quizzes.
Instant video player which allows creating customer success video tutorials for support guys.

Some features are not that obvious when it comes to usability. I wish UI be less complicated.

Lanteria LMS helped us to automate 100% of employee learning flow with course builder and quixxes. Also, we saved 50% of learning content creation spends on LinkedIn Learning integration.

OnApp growth month to month. Our solution becomes more and more complicated. So we need to scale our customer success efforts. In other words, more stuff in the department and more features to explain to newcomers.

Our team needed multiple onboarding demos to understand the full set of functions, so you should maybe setup several meetings to familiarize your team members with Lanteria.

With Lanteria HR, we manage some basic HR processes, including time tracking and approving leave requests, document management, onboarding processes and performance appraisal. Employees closely work with its Time & Attendance tracking module to approve their leave requests, track time spent on projects and calculate their leave balance.

Our company bought Lanteria mainly for performance management, which it did brilliantly. Performance appraisal forms were very user-friendly and fully customizable (as our HR has said), we also liked employee development tracking and very cool feature called employee check-ins.

**What do you like best about Lanteria HR?**

The organization of personnel information and candidate/new-hire information is easily searchable and simplistic.  It is simple to search for employees and view their salary/hourly wage, compensation and benefits, and new hire and identification paperwork.  The report feature is also helpful when creating our own reports to gather data.  The best aspect of Lanteria HR is the recruitment page and candidate tracking.  This system is much easier to use and a time-saver compared to past systems that have been used.  The sorting feature is helpful when trying to keep track of candidates, although we have experienced issues with the search feature.

**What do you dislike about Lanteria HR?**

It can be difficult to find candidates on the recruitment screen because the search bar for candidates is often picky and does not accurately pull up the candidates we want.  Sometimes we have to click through each category in order to find the employee we are looking for because he/she does not show up using the search tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Lanteria HR:**

Lanteria HR is a much easier, simpler way to do administrative work compared to previous processes and physical paperwork.

**What problems is Lanteria HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is much easier for our company to keep all of the personnel information in one easily searchable database rather than having over one hundred paper files.  We have also experienced benefits in recruitment and keeping track of candidates who are applying for the first time or multiple times.  The comment feature is helpful on the recruitment page in order for several employees to keep track of what has occurred.
