There is not one feature that we like. The system is confusing and very time consuming for the agent and lender. Customer service is terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I will start by saying that I never write negative reviews. This company overpromises to get you to sign up. We were told Dotloop would be integrated into their system and they would be upgrading to Kunversion plus. Neither of these services were added after 16 months of doing business. The leads are cold leads. Not one person on our team saw the value in Kunversion and actually felt Kunversion was too complicated and took time away from time that could be spent generating leads in other proven ways. Our lender partner also stated this product was too complicated and time consuming compared to other CRM's that agents' in his network are using. We agreed to sign up with a confirmation in writing that this service is month to month. Finally, we decided after investing thousands of dollars with the company that our marketing dollars would be better suited somewhere else. Upon delivering notice of cancellation in writing, we were told the “contract” automatically renewed for 1 year. We were never given a copy of the contract.
