**What do you like best about Konnektive?**

Once you get used to, its flow, it is easy to use, I like that we can get information through APIs and provide that information to our automation framework to make sure that customers, orders, and transactions are correctly created.

**What do you dislike about Konnektive?**

Learning curve is a little bit high, there are a lot of screen and pages to navigate to, to see the information that you are looking for.

**What problems is Konnektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For now nothing.

**What do you like best about Konnektive?**

I personally would not recommend Konnektive. If I had to pick one thing I liked best I suppose it would be ease of use but it is lacking in other areas so for that the ease of use does not matter.

**What do you dislike about Konnektive?**

What I dislike is that there is not a great way to integrate more detailed information into customer accounts, such as being able to write more extended notes; you are not able to properly manage customer accounts due to this. I also feel there is a lack of customer support when issues occur in their system; dealing with frequent outages of the program is an inconvenience, to say the least.

**What problems is Konnektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not feel Konnektive is a good program for solving problems. This is mostly because there is a maximum character length on customer notes which can create a disconnect between workers trying to solve problems. Not helpful.

**What do you like best about Konnektive?**

I find Konnektive is easy to use and manage. You can access all of your customer profiles and manage payments. Highly recommended CRM system.

**What do you dislike about Konnektive?**

I do not think there are any downsides to Konnektive.

I recommend Konnektive for anyone looking for a easy to manage and easy to use CRM system.

As mentioned above Konnektive makes it very easy to access and manage customer accounts and profiles.

**What do you like best about Konnektive?**

the user friendliness of the software, very easy to teach and learn, basic simple actions, the variety of actions I am able to complete as a user, etc.  Another one of my favorites is the help section. Konnektive provides step by step instructions for users and includes videos and pictures.

**What do you dislike about Konnektive?**

the inability to perform same day refunds, when a product is shipped it is unclear on Konnektive if it has been delivered (must go to shipping site to verify delivery)

**Recommendations to others considering Konnektive:**

I would highly recommend this CRM! Compared to others used in the past, I have found a drastic difference in terms of ease of use especially for those that are not super tech-savy. 

**What problems is Konnektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving customer issues in regards to shipments and bills.  The great benefit is the ability to view the status of these items in a timely manner.
