If I had to pick one thing I liked best I suppose it would be ease of use but it is lacking in other areas so for that the ease of use does not matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What I dislike is that there is not a great way to integrate more detailed information into customer accounts, such as being able to write more extended notes; you are not able to properly manage customer accounts due to this. I also feel there is a lack of customer support when issues occur in their system; dealing with frequent outages of the program is an inconvenience, to say the least. This is mostly because there is a maximum character length on customer notes which can create a disconnect between workers trying to solve problems. Not helpful.
