What do you dislike about Knotel?
If I was writing this review last year I would have given them a 8-9/10, but our satisfaction and their service has gone down hill faster and faster since late last year. The turnover on their team in 2020 has made communicating with the staff frustrating, at best, and there has been a marked decline in customer service. Not only are they slower to resolve issues, but there are issues that are going unresolved altogether.
We do not feel valued the way we did in 2019 and on numerous recent occasions have had borderline unprofessional experiences with staff who no longer seem to care about anything except a bottom line. While we are happy to be understanding of business challenges as a result of COVID-19, we are paying customers who are not receiving the standard of support which was promised when we signed our contract and as a result we do not plan to renew. Recommendations to others considering Knotel:
If you are looking for a customer service or ease of use improvement from WeWork, you will not find it with Knotel. If you have specific or significant needs outside of their base service offering, do not expect them to be able to support them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
