Their customer support is also superb and helpful. They also have private Slack based community, haven't yet explored it fully. **What do you dislike about OneValley?** Nothing so far. My experience is with the virtual accelerator only **What problems is OneValley solving and how is that benefiting you?** AWS Credits were provided via GSVLabs as a partner for Amazon. There credits are very helpful because they can apply to almost every AWS service (excluding buying domain names and few minor others), We also got credits for business support from Amazon AWS ### 2. In their Passport program they offer you huge discounts from their partners like Amazon, Azure, Hubspot, etc. They would charge you for that $500/year. After paying this amount you will learn that all they do is to redirect you to their partners' websites (using affiliate links). For example, they offer on their website $10,000 AWS credits. You need to pay $500 to redeem it. You pay, you click redeem, and you end up on aws.amazon.com website. Keep away! **What do you like best about OneValley?** The promise of the Passport program (however, false) **What do you dislike about OneValley?** They use misleading call to actions to lure you to pay $500. **Recommendations to others considering OneValley:** Just don't let them hook you with their Passport Program. **What problems is OneValley solving and how is that benefiting you?** No benefits, just a wasting time and money. ### 4. Sourabh and Yamini have provided amazing customer service. **What do you like best about OneValley?** Strong customer service - very quick response. **What do you dislike about OneValley?** There was nothing about this service that I disliked. **What problems is OneValley solving and how is that benefiting you?** GVLabs has helped with many different things involving my business. ### 5. They have been great partners and have allowed us the space to expand our team from 2 at the beginning to an R&D lab, private conference rooms, and 20 employees. **What do you like best about OneValley?** GSV takes all of the headache out of maintaining our own office. They also put on some great learning series and have a fun community with great events. **What do you dislike about OneValley?** A bit more expensive than leasing our own office, but not enough to spur that move. **Recommendations to others considering OneValley:** Great for early stage entrepreneurs that need to have a professional working space. **What problems is OneValley solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to lease and maintain our own office space. ### 6. The community they've built makes it super easy to reach out to the right folks at just the right time. **What do you like best about OneValley?** GSVlabs has the most convenient locations for office space we've found. They've also managed to create a virtual world through their passport platform that enables us to fully leverage their in-house wisdom and resources remotely, not an easy task! **What do you dislike about OneValley?** They are growing quickly and have their hands full. Probably good for us in the long-term though. **Recommendations to others considering OneValley:** I'd highly recommend this group of folks. After checking out their success track-record and speaking with them it's pretty quickly clear why they're so highly recommended. **What problems is OneValley solving and how is that benefiting you?** The mentoring provided by GSVlabs is far beyond my initial expectation. With their help we were able to hone a wide range of business critical pieces from fundraising tactics to go-to-market strategies.
