Also, Huddle let's us integrate the existing content management softwares we use daily to enhance the performance of the collaboration. **What do you dislike about Huddle Workspace?** The android and IOS mobile applications for Huddle are not very interactive and keep lagging a lot; there is certainly a lot of improvement that can be done to that. **Recommendations to others considering Huddle Workspace:** Huddle is highly recommended for any individual or a team that is looking for secure software that offers external and internal collaboration facilities along with advanced features to select from. **What problems is Huddle Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Huddles let us be very confident on the security aspect while collaborating projects with shared documents with external clients. Also, Huddle offers a breadth of features that makes it stand out from the competitors. ### 2. It did not look like we were not connected in the same room. It gave an understanding of in-house working together. **What do you dislike about Huddle Workspace?** The thing is a bit lagging. The product needs some improvement in the area of initial connection. The initial contact takes a lot of time, but then the experience becomes smooth. **Recommendations to others considering Huddle Workspace:** Use it with consideration for the initial setup and the later experience. **What problems is Huddle Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Huddle for what it is worth for. The only thing that I feel needs a little improvement is regards to the colors; sometimes they can be too dark. **What problems is Huddle Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Huddle we are able to do so much; we are able to increase the efficiency and productivity of the team. The fact that we can share documents securely is truly a great feature. ### 4. You don't also need to set a time for a meeting each time. **What do you dislike about Huddle Workspace?** Sometimes it can be slow and break off in the middle of the meeting. **What problems is Huddle Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** A quick meeting with the team instead of setting long meetings. ### 5. I can't say if it's cost-effective as I haven't gotten the pricing. ### 6. Utilizing its event portal tool can really help people stay engaged when a company is part of a trade show or marketing event. **What do you dislike about Huddle Workspace?** There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about this product. **What problems is Huddle Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping customers engaged and communicating with prospects using the event portal tool. ### 7. It is an intuitive user interface. Its content creation and management are pretty simple, and it is suitable for project planning. It is really good for sharing documents and things of that nature between a team too. **What do you dislike about Huddle Workspace?** A significant downside to this is that there is no real-time editing on this software. The lack of real-time editing hinders usability and collaboration at the moment—also, the lack of management capabilities is another hindrance. **What problems is Huddle Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we used huddle, we used it for that document collaboration idea. It was beneficial for the basics of that, but its shortcomings hindered it as we further used it. ### 8.
