Kickup is user-friendly and responsive, and it can be used for a wide range of services, including professional learning, walk-throughs, coaching, and much more. The in-person and virtual support is top-tier. Whenever our team needs help, our Kickup representative is right there to assist with troubleshooting, and the response time is immediate. The virtual AI help chat provides users in our organization with the support they need to navigate reports and access key performance data. The platform is interactive and adaptable, offering automated reminders that streamline communication across our workspaces and calendars. Our organization has also fully integrated Kickup to support additional user needs, such as coaching, eliminating the need to pay for multiple, less cost-effective platforms. KickUp is a great program, and we’ve been using it for two years now. The reports are easy to use, and it’s simple to add attendees and track attendance. Support from KickUp is outstanding, and the pricing feels reasonable. I haven’t used the AI function yet, but if it’s anything like the rest of the product, I’m sure it’s going to be amazing. I like that we don't have to keep up with things manually because of KickUp. It's pretty and easily accessible, allowing us to use it anywhere. KickUp is very helpful when it comes to the learning process; we can list the types of professional development training we offer and keep track of the scores and credits people earn for continuing education. Well, I think when it comes to the Evaluation self evaluation, sometimes some of the questions that are in there are, not necessarily applicable to our job title. I really appreciate how KickUp helps me focus on meaningful evaluation by handling the sorting and organizing, which allows me to give specific evidence-based coaching rather than generic feedback. This year, my evaluations are better because I'm not as tired and I have the energy to dig into the data and focus on what teachers need. I also like that even though KickUp has AI components, it doesn't replace my role as an evaluator. It suggests things, but I'm the one who sees the full picture and decides, keeping my responsibility intact while freeing me up from exhausting tasks. The setup was easy, though it required some digging in. Overall, KickUp is responsive to suggestions for improvement and I'm excited about the new features coming soon. What stands out most for me is their customer success managers. They're always interacting with us, and they're super responsive. I can email them with a question or problem, and it's easy to set up an appointment on their calendar. I find KickUp's ease of use and very responsive customer service incredibly valuable. It has drastically helped us organize, share, and track PD opportunities, making it easier than when we used hyperlinked Word documents. I love how it keeps all of our PD sessions organized and allows us to see past offerings and offer them again. The initial setup was great, with Javier helping us and listening to our feedback, which led to updates on the platform.
