The reports are easy to use, and it’s simple to add attendees and track attendance. Support from KickUp is outstanding, and the pricing feels reasonable. I haven’t used the AI function yet, but if it’s anything like the rest of the product, I’m sure it’s going to be amazing. **What do you dislike about KickUp?** At first, I struggled with the reports, but thanks to the outstanding support from KickUp, the process has become much easier. **What problems is KickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** With KickUp, we’re able to print sign-in sheets, and the QR code is especially helpful for ensuring staff are signed in for each PD. Overall, I feel we’ve saved time by using KickUp. ### 2. It's pretty and easily accessible, allowing us to use it anywhere. KickUp is very helpful when it comes to the learning process; we can list the types of professional development training we offer and keep track of the scores and credits people earn for continuing education. After being trained, I found KickUp to be, for the most part, user-friendly. **What do you dislike about KickUp?** Let's see. Well, I think when it comes to the Evaluation self evaluation, sometimes some of the questions that are in there are, not necessarily applicable to our job title. I'm not sure if those descriptions come from within the district or if they're just kind of a generic one. But some of them don't really pertain. **What problems is KickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** KickUp helps a lot with record keeping, especially for tracking learning opportunities and evaluations. It's easily accessible and user-friendly, making it easier to manage professional development records and assessments. ### 3. This year, my evaluations are better because I'm not as tired and I have the energy to dig into the data and focus on what teachers need. I also like that even though KickUp has AI components, it doesn't replace my role as an evaluator. It suggests things, but I'm the one who sees the full picture and decides, keeping my responsibility intact while freeing me up from exhausting tasks. The setup was easy, though it required some digging in. It has drastically helped us organize, share, and track PD opportunities, making it easier than when we used hyperlinked Word documents. I love how it keeps all of our PD sessions organized and allows us to see past offerings and offer them again. The initial setup was great, with Javier helping us and listening to our feedback, which led to updates on the platform. Additionally, I appreciate that I can download calendar events to my Outlook calendar and invite attendees, including the Teams Meeting link. **What do you dislike about KickUp?** Nothing! **What problems is KickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** KickUp drastically helps organize, share, and track PD opportunities, eliminating confusing navigation with Word documents.
