
I like how structured and transparent the entire backup process is with Kernel G Suite Backup Tool. It allows me to backup Gmail, Drive, Contact, and Calendar data in a very organized way, making it easier to manage large amounts of information. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, especially if you have experience managing Google Workspace. Once the required permissions and super admin access are in place, the configuration process is clear and guided. The tool does a great job of keeping emails, files, contacts, and calendar data well organized, which makes it easier to manage and review later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area that could be improved is accessibility of non-admin users. The tool is designed mainly for Google Workspace administrators and requires super admin access to operate.
