The GUI is pretty straightforward and easy to use, and the support is top notch. I find it very easy to set up with the help of AI to guide me through the setup and documentation. Additionally, it ties in with Amazon S3 storage which is useful for us. **What do you dislike about NAKIVO Backup & Replication?** It would be nice to have a pricing option for smaller users like ourselves, we have much more capacity in our license that we'll ever need. We have a 10 machine license and only a single machine. However, we were always looking for a better match, because they never fit 100% in our environment. We started by using the free version and were very pleased with the results. After a good discussion with the sales and technical guys from Nakivo, we decided to move forward and purchase paid licenses. What I like most is the speed at which the backup software can complete a backup. **What do you dislike about NAKIVO Backup & Replication?** If there is a downside, it would be the long wait when restoring a particular file from weeks ago. It can take quite some time to restore, for example, a backed-up file of 30 GB. However, since I was using the free version and I’ve experienced the support team’s technical expertise and knowledge, I’m confident I could achieve much better results. **What problems is NAKIVO Backup & Replication solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers want to have a backup of their files not only in the Microsoft cloud, but also on-prem. First, it is a very efficient solution for backups and the recovery time is minimal. Then, its ease of use with a user-friendly and smooth interface is a big positive point. Finally, NAKIVO's support is very responsive to every little issue. **What do you dislike about NAKIVO Backup & Replication?** The real-time replication feature still requires some improvements. For example, when the target system fails, the replication fails and does not restart automatically even if the target system becomes functional again. It is always necessary to restart manually, whereas a script could be implemented to monitor the status of the target system and automatically restart the job.
