very easy to integrate, we use it for OTP

Everything is good but they should add some security alert as a safety measure

**What do you like best about Kaleyra?**

1.Kaleyra is very helpful to connect with leads and customers and its a best marketing tool.
2.It gives perfect communication platform to connect with customer with call recording feauture.
3.The best part of kaleyra is we can send personalized sms to the customer.
4.we can easily send a programmable voice services to the world wide customers.
5.Easy way to connect such as sms,whatsup,click to call.
6.Making and receiving call option also supported.
7.we can easily generate reports with call recording.

**What do you dislike about Kaleyra?**

1.Sometimes kaleyra login automatically logout while working.
2.Need to improve in dailerpad option sometime we need to select callerid manually.
3.I don't have much negative about this platform.

we tried to connect with the customer but that time the customer didn't pick the call.But once he is available customer have the option to callback our number.It helps more connectivity.

**What do you like best about Kaleyra?**

Dash board is easy to use, and when I was a new user to use kaleyra i didn't face any issues to operating it.
their support team is also very helpful and supportive. Good work Kaleyra.

**What do you dislike about Kaleyra?**

Nothing much is to say in terms of dislikes, but some time whatsapp template approval takes time, but after connecting with the support team, they help us to get the template approved asap.

We are using it for WhatsApp communication ,  using it for service-related communication, promotional communication.
This is helping us to reach out to our customers via WhatsApp , as most of users are preferred WhatsApp as a communication method

**What do you like best about Kaleyra?**

What I Like the best about Kaleyra is that it will give precise data on how many total calls were dialed, how many incoming calls came, and how many outbound calls were dialed. How many SMS were sent, and how many Email Sent. Kalyera is user-friendly and easy to access.

**What do you dislike about Kaleyra?**

My dislike about Kaleyra is the price is a little higher side. Sometimes we cannot hear the customer's voice, and occasionally the agent's voice the customer's not getting. Need improvement in support end.

**What problems is Kaleyra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaleyra is helping to grow my business. I can easily track weekly how many incoming calls came and how many outbound calls were dialed. The company growth also will increase based on maths. I can get this much revenue if I get this much talk time.

Ease to use and manage.Very easy to implemnet new channel. Currently using it for SMS and Whatsapp service

**What do you like best about Kaleyra?**

Kaleyra has the most intuitive user interface. The first time I opened the Kaleyra dashboard, it only took me 15 minutes to figure out my way around all the features and tools. As a product manager, I love that.

**What do you dislike about Kaleyra?**

I can't think of anything in particular that I dislike about Kaleyra. If I had to come up with something I would suggest some minor changes in the layout but that is all.

**What problems is Kaleyra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaleyra is making it easier for brands to configure their Whatsapp and SMS marketing efforts. Without Kaleyra, the process of getting approvals for templates would be very difficult.

Nothing as such, it seems to be working fine for me.

It solves my problem of reaching the user on Whatsapp, immediate approval of the templates helps keep the communication dynamic.

**What do you like best about Kaleyra?**

They have a full stack solution for all your comms needs like whatsapp, emails and sms. Their dashboard makes it really easy to set up templates and manage comms.

**What do you dislike about Kaleyra?**

Initial onboarding and getting the setup is time taking and requires a lot of help from their account management team. Also, the clarity around some of the process is missing.

They helped in providing WhatsApp for differrent business lines and for our different clients as well. During the initial onboarding they also guided towards getting templates approved.

Ease of set up, simple UI, decent customer support, reasonable pricing and a good tech infrastructure

Certain features like email campaigns, 2-way WhatsApp messaging are unavailable, and tech support takes time to fix issues.

It helps us communicate with our customers via SMS, Voice Calls, IVR Campaigns and Whatsapp.

**What do you like best about Kaleyra?**

I liked the user interface of the application. Application is very easy to use and prices are affordable. I liked the flow builder in the voice channel were we can easily build without any IT help.

**What do you dislike about Kaleyra?**

The approval rate is quite complicated for WhatsApp and Google business channels. Of course, it ends with a third party like Facebook or Google but still, the kaleyra team may help their customers to get verified.

**Recommendations to others considering Kaleyra:**

I advise going with Kaleyra because of the price they offer and the customer support they give. We received an on-time resolution for all our queries on time and the prices were really helpful for Nonprofit organizations like us.

**What problems is Kaleyra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are resolving the issue of marketing tools. We have sent multiple reminders to our donors/supporters every month about their sponsorships. Now we can send directly to their WhatsApp number with the help from Kaleyra at an affordable price.

**What do you like best about Kaleyra?**

Used it in early phases when the number of users was less. The decision was based on pricing primarily - relatively cheap compared to prominent brand-name alternatives. Also, the Account Management team was proactive (we had a dedicated Manager) when it came to assisting in delivery issues, and payments,

**What do you dislike about Kaleyra?**

When the number of SMSes runs into thousands/day, the delivery effectiveness became a big concern. Though deliveries didn't happen, the dashboard showed that the delivery occurred. We tried working with Account Managers in having issues rectified but didn't yield improvements.

We used it to send Transactional SMSes.
