**What do you like best about Kaleo?**

Unlike most CM's, Kaleo's makes it easy to find a question based on your issue.  It seems to be customized to your issue and personalized for yout needs.  It is very easy to navigate and is easy to integrate into everyday use.  Normally when dealing with IT support you leave with additional frustration, or even more issues.  Due to language and knowledge barries.  you can skip customer support lines all together and it is something that can be implemented into everything not just customer support.  I will use evertime for any questions I have because it saves me time and frustrations.

**What do you dislike about Kaleo?**

The only real issue io have is that at times it takes a bit to load.  i have also seen issues where there is a focus on the use of jargen and not termanology that an average customer understands.

**What problems is Kaleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most call centers are not based in Asia, Indonesia, China, India, and everywhere else around the globe.  As a customer this presents a unique problem.  When calling for support we often get an individual with no real knowledge following a scripted response.  There is also no real emphasis on empathy over sympathy.  Many interactions leave you frustrated, and unresolved.  With Kaleo you dont get that.

It seemed unorganized at first till i learned how to searh

**What do you like best about Kaleo?**

I like that it works similarly to a google search engine and allows you to quickly search topics and find knowledbase articles with answers

**What do you dislike about Kaleo?**

Setup is more like a forum rather than a library of materials and articles

**What problems is Kaleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing a place for employees to ask new questions and use our resources and pull them into one place

**What do you like best about Kaleo?**

Kaleo really shines with its feature that automates the creation of FAQs from routine questions, which is a big time-saver. It also integrates well into other tools like ServiceNow, making it easy to access info without switching apps. Plus, the bite-sized answers it provides are super digestible.

**What do you dislike about Kaleo?**

On the downside, the interface isn't the smoothest, which can make it frustrating to use at times. And while it aims to reduce the load on IT support, the occasional bugs and glitches can sometimes mean you end up needing more help, not less.

**What problems is Kaleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly managing FAQs.
