
Unlike most CM's, Kaleo's makes it easy to find a question based on your issue. It seems to be customized to your issue and personalized for yout needs. It is very easy to navigate and is easy to integrate into everyday use. Normally when dealing with IT support you leave with additional frustration, or even more issues. Due to language and knowledge barries. you can skip customer support lines all together and it is something that can be implemented into everything not just customer support. The only real issue io have is that at times it takes a bit to load. i have also seen issues where there is a focus on the use of jargen and not termanology that an average customer understands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
