What I like with Jotform is that you have the power to build a form and personalise it based on your brand or what you'd like. Lots of templates to offer if ever you don't want to create your form from the scratch. I feel the Free plan’s monthly submission limits can be reached pretty quickly if a campaign goes viral, and moving up to the next tier can be a bit costly for micro-businesses.
