# Which live commerce software is most reliable for a 100-1000 employee retail organization that needs fast deployment and minimal training for the team running the events?

The top three options that meet these criteria are Videowise, Channelize.io, and Arvia, all from the Live Commerce category, along with their G2 ratings.

Videowise (4.8 stars, 66 reviews) provides guided onboarding and an interface that users pick up quickly, backed by responsive support. G2 reviewers note that the menus change fairly often.

Channelize.io (4.9 stars, 13 reviews) has a quick setup, and the platform is easy to run, with 24/7 support and remote co-host apps that help a small events crew. G2 reviewers would like a unified cross-channel comment view.

Arvia (4.2 stars, 38 reviews) is a browser-based, plugin-free setup that can be completed in under an hour with minimal training. It is embedded in the store, but reviewers note limited moderation controls for larger sessions.

Videowise's "quick to learn" claim comes with a caveat that undercuts minimal training over time, since menus changing often means the team has to relearn the interface periodically rather than train once and be done. Arvia's under-an-hour setup is the fastest of the three but its limited moderation controls at larger sessions could become the bottleneck right as this org scales past its current event volume. Has anyone at this headcount actually hit Arvia's moderation ceiling, or does it hold up fine at this scale?
