**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform to create custom employee reviews and send them to my employees to fill out. Jotform allows me to flawlessly create and stay connected with all my employees in one place. The form creation is easy and integrates with ChatGPT, which makes it even simpler. I am able to use ChatGPT to ask what specific questions would be beneficial in an employee self-review and then connect this right to the Jotform form creator, copy and paste, and the form gets created, which saves me so much valuable time. I manage 5 companies and cannot tell you the ease and simplicity that Jotform allows so I can focus time elsewhere. I did a lot of research and found that Jotform was one of the highly recommended software for form creation. The initial setup was super simple.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I would like to see a simpler dashboard that is easier to navigate. Having everything accessible from one screen instead of having to click through multiple layers would be beneficial. I recommend organizing it around your core business workflows rather than individual forms. Group forms into clear categories such as customer, operations, hr, and accounting so everything aligns with how the business actually functions. It would also be beneficial to create a simple manager-level view that highlights key items such as open RMAs, pending issues, or overdue tasks. This allows leadership to quickly see what requires attention without navigating through multiple forms.

I use Jotform to effortlessly create employee reviews and stay connected with my team. It integrates with ChatGPT, saving valuable time by helping me generate relevant questions quickly. This allows me to manage multiple companies and focus my time elsewhere.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love how Jotform helps me keep organized and allows me to approve and deny forms that I want to work with. It's easy to work with and accessible. I appreciate that it collects all the important information upfront, so everything's submitted clearly, and I don't have to go back and forth with my clients. It's great that it makes things easier by gathering all the details in one place, so I don't have to constantly follow-up or ask additional questions. Everything I need is submitted and organized, helping me keep everything in just one place.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Sometimes I feel like it's a little hard to edit certain things. Particularly, editing billing information, managing subscriptions, or editing emails that are sent out can cause it to glitch a bit. I think if I had a laptop, it would work easier.

Jotform makes it easier to gather client details all in one place, eliminating constant follow-ups and organizing everything I need. It keeps things organized and simplifies approvals.

Jotform has significantly reduced our admin time. Since everything is online, it makes it incredibly easy for parents to complete and submit release forms for events, and the whole process feels smooth and straightforward.

The only downside I’ve found is that there are so many different options to choose from, and some of them I don’t even know what they do. I just need to spend more time learning all of the capabilities that Jotform has to offer.

This year, we started using Jotform to collect leads at our tradeshow booth, and it has been a game-changer. We built a fully customized form that captures exactly the data we need, includes a clear marketing opt-in, and — most importantly — works offline when the event's Wi-Fi inevitably struggles to keep up.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

We’re currently on the Starter Pack because we don’t have enough submissions each month to justify upgrading to the next package. That said, I really wish there were an option to purchase additional monthly submissions as a boost for the months when we need them.

We needed an offline form that could connect with iPads at tradeshows. The process has been seamless, implementing it across our sales teams at multiple locations.

I like how easy Jotform is to use. I linked it with Stripe, which makes it easier to submit payments with the link. It makes it easy so as soon as I get my payment, I get all the information about the dancer. Setting up Jotform was very easy; I literally just put in my email, and there it was.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I really like how quick Jotform is. I'm able to find and research any type of information within seconds as soon as I open the app. It also saves me time when collecting people's data because I can create a template, send it over to my employees or vendors, and they fill it out for me. I find the geofencing feature valuable as it allows me to ensure information accuracy by verifying if someone's signing a form in the correct location. It really helps me when I send a sign-in sheet and know that a user has logged in from the right area.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I would say the geo pausing could get a little bit better and can have some more in features instead of using plugins like the geofencing. I'm using a third party or plugin from you guys. There's a little bit of a learning curve, but it's, like, easy. Not it's I wouldn't say easy, moderate.

Jotform saves me time by collecting people’s data efficiently. I create a template, send it to my employees or vendors, and they fill it out, which streamlines the process of getting necessary details from freelancers and vendors.

Some of the limited customization of the forms can be a pain to effectively gather necessary data. Often notifications will end up in spam/junk folder. But this is not a deal breaker for all the pros.

Setting up is a breeze, and I don't spend a lot of extra time on it. The AI assistant is great. The ease of use is probably the most valuable aspect for me. It's a pretty convenient and cost-effective way to take care of individual customers. Jotform makes group ordering really easy, allowing for team variations like ladies fit, unisex fit, and different sizes. It's a convenient way to address variables.

It used to be adding all the variables like sizes but that has been addressed and now goes very quickly.

  ### 11. Powerful Workflow Automation, but Form Reuse Limits Create Extra Work

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

The workflow automation is the main reason I created a Jotform account. I use Jotform to onboard clients for events, and being able to guide users through a step-by-step process (forms, agreements, uploads, etc.) has saved a ton of time and back-and-forth. The e-sign feature is also helpful as it allows me to keep contracts and onboarding all in one place instead of using multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The biggest limitation I’ve run into is that you can’t reuse a form across multiple workflows, even if it’s not the starting step. For my use case, there’s a lot of overlap in information across different events, so I end up duplicating forms frequently. It starts to feel like you’re being pushed to create more forms than necessary, which can get chaotic to manage and also forces you to upgrade your plan faster.

Jotform is helping me streamline and automate my onboarding process. Instead of manually tracking contracts, forms, and documents, everything is centralized and more organized. It’s made the process more efficient for me.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

What I like most about Jotform is that, in the free version, it already allows me to create a form with more than 500 responses, which is usually enough for the level of complexity we need. It's not a large-scale form, but it's something extremely necessary to meet the demand. In the free version, it already allows for a quite complete implementation in our work environment. The fact that it is comprehensive and allows for issuing a dossier at the end of all responses makes the delivered document already part of our process. I like that the start is very easy and, by exploring the tools, I can implement it in a few days. Although the construction of the forms is a bit more complex, it allows for reaching a very diverse audience.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The issue of sharing, in the free version, sharing is either nonexistent or limited.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jotform to create complex forms with data cross-references, without needing to oversimplify the questions. It offers truncated and conditional response options, allowing me to reach a diverse audience with a single form.

I use Jotform for forms on a landing page and I loved how Jotform was easy to use and how easily I could create a multi-step form. I appreciate the ease of use, especially since I've never created a form before and was having trouble on other sites. Jotform was easy, and I loved how it allowed me to create the form for free and put it on my landing page. I switched to a paying account when I was ready to go live with my ads. I loved how I didn’t have to pay until I was ready. The initial setup was super easy. I also use it with HubSpot and Zapier.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

As of right now, I haven’t experienced any issues.

I find Jotform easy to use for creating multi-step forms on my landing page. It's great that I could start for free, and I only paid when I was ready, which made the transition smooth and cost-effective.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like that all of the features are built into the forms and are able to easily change them out and edit. I like that there are a lot of different templates to choose from so that you don't always have to build new forms from scratch and are able to copy and edit old forms as well. The forms are easy to copy and paste into other spreadsheets. They have been user friendly for people to fill out as well.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I struggled with the app taking a long time to load, but customer support reached out and gave me several things to try to help with this.

Jotform is constantly updating especially their app. They have fixed bugs and updates to run quicker and that helps me when I have an active form as I am constantly checking the forms and submission.

I like that Jotform is mostly intuitive, which is great for someone like me who isn't terribly tech-savvy. The outcome of using Jotform is really impressive to me, especially being able to replace pen and paper checks with a simple automated form. The setup was super easy, and I managed to get what I needed as a basic user. Also, I find it simple to use and would probably rate it a nine or ten for recommending to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The support is challenging. I'd love to be able to get direct access to a person on the phone to troubleshoot problems. I run into a number of them. There's been a couple examples of product enhancements that I need in order to be able to deliver the outcomes I need, and Jotform is not able to give me a timeline. While they seem to be receptive to the product enhancements, they have no way of giving me timelines yet as to when I'm gonna see those enhancements live in the product.

Jotform lets me avoid hiring a developer by building forms myself, replacing pen, paper, and spreadsheets with automated forms for online transactions, allowing me to do business ahead of season and bring an online store to market.

I really like Jotform's AI feature because it auto-created my form for me, and I only had to add the specifics after. This was super valuable for me since I can get overwhelmed when creating a new page and finding all the sections I want to add. The AI made it easy by understanding what I wanted and activating the necessary sections on my form. The initial setup was extremely easy and simple; I made my account and created my initial idea in just a couple of minutes and had a form ready. My team initially tried using Google Forms, but Jotform offered much more freedom.

I really appreciate Jotform's ability to create different forms for lead capture, which is particularly useful when our website is tricky for creating landing pages. It integrates pretty well with some of our other tools like Microsoft Office, which is a plus. I find the CSS coding feature in Jotform quite valuable because it lets me do custom coding to enhance the form's appearance and functionality, especially for adjusting formatting and properties when viewed on mobile versus desktop. This was really useful for making the form look better.

Sometimes I have to do a lot of clicking to get around and create the form the way I want, which includes formatting and other things. Each block has its own sub-menus, so it takes a little while. It also tracks who has signed and sends me the form, which used to be a cumbersome task when I did it by snail mail. I use Jotform for client contracts and really appreciate that it's electronic, which means I don't have to print papers anymore. It's super helpful for online clients as they can easily return filled forms. Setting up my contracts was very simple with Jotform, and I found the heaps of templates available to be incredibly useful. It saved me heaps of time when preparing contracts since all I needed was to copy the link and share it with whoever needed to sign. Once I navigated the site, it was quite simple and easy to follow directions.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I'm only using the free version currently which allows for only 10 contracts a month and the next paid option is for 100 a month. I find this gap and price variation huge! I don't quite need to pay yet, however if there was a cheaper option for 50 a month I would be more inclined to subscribe.

Jotform solves the problem of not needing to print papers, especially helpful for online clients who don't send forms back. It saves me heaps of time with simple setup and many templates, and I just need to copy a link to share the contract.

The best thing about Jotfrom is the simplicity and ease in creating forms. The templates they have are robust and can be easily edited and modified to meet your specific needs.

The least helpful think about Jotform is the fact that there was no clear identification that once a certain number of submissions had been received, regardless if they were deleted or not, that they will automatically and without warning, disable the forms not allowing anyone to access the forms without upgrading your plan. It almost felt like extortion, to a small degree.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform allows me to gather information for my on-boarding process in a quick and concise manner. I am currently trying to take my digitally created worksheets and documents that I have my clients complete transitioned into online forms to be completed. This will help tremendously in gathering information.

I wanted to use the 'if yes then' logic in Jotform, where it would only move to the next question if the user selected yes, but I wasn't able to do that.

I like that Jotform is a very intuitive platform. It's easy to navigate, and pretty much anyone can create a form without hassle. It's great for someone like me, who is not a programmer or web designer. The 'copilot' feature is spectacular because I can just say what I need or what I've been thinking about, and it helps me create forms right away. Setting it up was quite easy too, and you can do a lot for free before deciding to go for a payment plan. It integrates well with our team, making it an excellent tool for getting client signatures and using forms on the ground.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I didn't quite understand the connection with ChatGPT. So probably that's something that could be improved. Because I couldn't get it, I didn't understand how it works.

I like the form builder in Jotform. It's the only reason I use Jotform, as it helped me create my form and be creative with it. The initial setup of Jotform was really easy.

I didn't like the lack of a free trial. I needed more than 10 signatures for my form, but I don't intend to use Jotform for anything else. I had to pay $40 just to be able to create workplace change, so that's kind of a bummer.

I like Jotform for its two-way communication feature, which allows me to easily ask the AI for help in creating the things I need by providing detailed instructions. It's also easy to process, and I can create and modify applications quickly—just one day to create the application and change all the things I need like the background, style, and font. I appreciate how Jotform makes it easy to create forms, applications, and surveys. It simplifies organizing and accessing data, and I find the application easy to use from both my side and the user's side. The AI feature is amazing as it not only helps me create things I need but also provides alternative solutions if something isn't immediately available. I'm really happy to use Jotform and would recommend it for creating applications.

The form builder is fairly intuitive and I like the variety and utility of the widgets. It is pretty straightforward to build a form that does exactly what I need it to do. The UI is clean and visually pleasing, unlike some other very utilitarian form builders. I like that I can automatically add responses from the form to a spreadsheet or a calendar.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I really don't like the low limits for forms and responses in the free version. It feels like the system pushes the user into spending a lot of money, especially when there is no reasonably priced monthly option. It would be nice to pay a small one time fee to reset monthly response limits or have a low cost monthly tier that allows access to basic features. In an ideal world, monthly response limits would be higher for free users. I do think it is reasonable to limit the amount of forms.

We were having difficulties with the limitations of other popular form builders. Many of the functions we needed for our forms and surveys are not available on other platforms without third party add ons, which makes the interface feel clunky and cluttered. The Jotform builder is easy to use and the support functions make it easy to find useful tools.

I could easily create multiple clinic forms for patient registration, diet consultation, and detailed symptom analysis without any coding. The drag and drop interface saves a lot of time, and there are many ready templates which make implementation smooth. As a certified dietician and clinic manager at My Wife's Homeopathy Clinic, it helps me manage patient records in a simple and clear way.
It offers a wide range of features conditional logic, PDF generation, and automated emails that make data collection and patient management more professional. The platform integrates easily with Google Sheets and email, so I can track and organize responses effortlessly. I use it almost daily, and it has become an essential part of my clinic workflow.

Sometimes the limits on the free or lower plans feel restrictive  for example, you may reach the monthly submission quota even for a small clinic, which forces you to upgrade. The customization for form design isn’t always very flexible certain layout or style changes require extra tweaking. On more complex forms, conditional logic or multi page flows sometimes misbehave or need patience to configure correctly. Overall Im very satiesfied.

The biggest problem we solved with JotForm is time, which is rarely billable and is the most expensive part of the work process. At the same time, we wanted to create a form that clients would use to create the Contract themselves, and we succeeded in that. Using the application is simple and the implementation of the visuals we wanted to achieve is simple.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The only complaint we have is the subscription renewal which is automated and without notification. Due to work we don't have time to think about it yet so a reminder a week or two earlier would be just fine. The customer support is AI which I don't like at all.

The biggest problem we solved with JotForm is time, which is rarely billable and is the most expensive part of the work process. At the same time, we wanted to create a form that clients could use to create their own Contract, and we succeeded in that.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

It integrates easily into our website. More importantly, I can adjust the form however I see fit, and it automatically updates on the website.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I haven’t been using it long enough to give a truly solid, definitive review yet, but it does seem quite expensive.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to create the discounts I needed without much hassle. I also created a form that integrated with Stripe, which made the setup feel straightforward.
