What do you like best about JobAdder?

JA interface is user-friendly, and they provide on-demand training which is great.

If we need anything changed in the portal we reach out via chat or ticket to their support team and they are always super responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobAdder?

Easy to use, drag and drop functionality, able to communicate through SMS/email functions,

1. email attachment from a response to a message is not automatically captured

2. capacity to customise interview template email, interview subject line,

3. font set-up when copying and pasting from outlook inbox to JA message box

4. doesnt have speech to text function, could be easier to save notes from a call conversation

"JobAdder is moving from being an excellent ATS ( Applicant Tracking System) to more of a CRM."
What do you like best about JobAdder?

The ability to use various plugins via their API to enhance and customise their product. They also believe in their product so much there are no long term contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JobAdder?

As well as a streamlined, easy to use interface - i also really appreciate the support JobAdder provides. From the help function which directs you through the platform to the technical support guru's responding via email - all questions (no matter how big or small) are responded to quickly, positively and escalated if required. What do you dislike about JobAdder?

There are some features which would be incredibly useful but we are assured they are with the development team for future roll-outs. Fingers crossed! We also had length delays with our integration change over from Bullhorn to JobAdder which put us back a few weeks. We understand there may have been internal staffing issues and COVID delays, however this had a huge impact on us at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JobAdder?

I was pleased with how quickly they responded to my request - it wasn't a huge matter, more of an admin filter for candidate searches and they clarified it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobAdder?

I believe there's plenty of room for improvement in terms of adaptation to the needs of a recruiter. There are many irrelevant or unnecessary functions and plenty we can't rely on and end up using external resources for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JobAdder?

I love the GMail interface, which saves time.

I like the ability for email templates - this saves so much time.

Support is always responsive, so I don't have to wait long to get issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobAdder?

I would like to NOT see old jobs (once they have been placed or closed) in the list that interfaces with GMail. Sometimes it's hard to remember which exact job the email refers to, as old and active jobs are listed.

I don't find the Dashboard particularly helpful. But maybe that's because I don't understand it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
