We have specific needs for our retention efforts and so many of the options out there are too broad or generic. Jatheon is able to get as granular as we need and they have a plethora of ways to do it. It's very easy to build policies and for end users to access.

Additionally, the service and support I have received from Jatheon is outstanding. The sales team was helpful without being pushy, the support team has answered every question I've had in a timely fashion, and the implementation has been very smooth. Not only does the email archiving solution works as initially proposed, but the deployment was also effortless, and the support post-sale is fantastic. I have been around several solutions in the past that required a lot more know-how to use, deploy and manage, plus confusing interfaces along with really lacking support. It's easy to deploy, understand and use. The support team has been very accommodating with the weird requests I've sent, and they quickly respond. We deploy this for our customers, and since it's such a simple product to use, a 15-minute call to a new customer is often all it takes to understand how to use the product effectively. Uploading files for a new deployment is a bit slow - officially, you can either upload PSTs smaller than 500 MB using Jatheon's UI, or you can upload PSTs smaller than 16 GB to an AWS S3 bucket using the S3 web UI. The support team has been very accommodating with providing alternative upload methods for our bigger customers, but I would like it if there was something more baked in to the product. There are a few things I like about Jatheon Archiving Suite. First, the deployment process is easy, and the tool is easily customizable. This software comes with great security features, and uploading as well as retrieving emails is seamless.
