**What do you like best about isolved?**

At this point I can not think of anything

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I find isolved challenging to use compared to other payroll companies I've experienced. The interface is not user-friendly, making navigation difficult—it was particularly cumbersome having to teach the owner how to use it. Tracking employee time does not work smoothly; it often requires several attempts to delete or change times, which is frustrating. Furthermore, isolved doesn't integrate well with other tools or software that we currently use, leading to compatibility issues. The initial setup was dreadful and overly complicated, taking months with many unhelpful calls, making it hard to simply set up a payroll system for just five employees.

Very detailed. Seems to be pretty user friendly, etc.

Almost too complex in some features. The building reports should be a little easier when wanting to produce information. Make a little more user friendly as well. Our employees seem to have issues with some features constantly.

Solved our payroll issue not having to keep in house.

I like that with isolved, I do not need more than one system. It's easy to process payroll, which makes my day easier since I'm busy with other work.

Some features were hard for some of my peers to understand. It seems like it is set up for experienced users and not for beginners.

I use isolved for all payroll and HR functions, keeping documents in one place. It's easy to process payroll, saving time and simplifying my day.

isolved adopted AI chatbot, but this is very limited and I don't find it useful yet. Need to upgrade it.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

If isolved can send a reminder for PTO schedule to an admin user, it would be great. We want to get informed who's going to take a day off next week.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy for us to process the payrolls. Every contractor has different pay structure but I can change the payroll template and enter the numbers easily in the individual time entry. Also I can onboard and terminate them, pull out reports very quick.

Many of the reps that answered when I called customer service were lovely. I felt sorry for them that they worked for a company that does not care about it's businesses.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

There were constant errors whether it was paying employees, adding new employees or communication. All vital for success. A mistake every now and then is fine, but every other time is unacceptable.

I used isolved for payroll. They were not successful.

All the features are great. It has a lot of options!

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

Confusing to navigate, and is so robust that when you call support you get moved around from department to department, and sometimes no one thinks they have a solution. Luckily, some reps are willing to go above and beyond and have been on a 3 way call with me. Dee Dee is the best!

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ATS has been great! A pain to set up, as there are so many small little 'rules' and 'permissions' that need to be added. So, when I think it is solved with the customer service rep, I likely have to call back as something still isn't complete. HOWEVER, ATS has made my life so much easier.

Hiring new people is fairly easy. Now that benefits are set up correctly it’s pretty easy to manage.

The benefits platform is great; we have partnered with iSolved on our HSA, COBRA And FSA plans and it seems to function really well. Payroll is easy, our customer support team now has been really great.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I would love if the core product had a few more robust features for Performance, ability to view that your integrations have been sent to carriers for file feeds, connection to Equifax to assist with Unemployment, like I have had with ADP. It seemed as though ADP provided it.

We moved to iSolved after being on a PEO. iSolved has helped us transition to in-house payroll and benefits and the isolved team overall has been helpful.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

I use isolved for all Human Resources functions and find it incredibly valuable for saving time. I love its user-friendly interface, which makes navigating the system straightforward and efficient. The payroll function is a standout feature, simplifying what can otherwise be a complex task. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, supported by great customer service and support, making the transition to this platform seamless. The switch from our previous product, ADT, which was not user-friendly, to isolved has enhanced our HR operations significantly.

Isolved has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.  And when you are using it every day for the better part of some days that makes a total difference The system is easy to use and simplifies our difficult payroll and allows for a smooth insurance open enrollment.

The difficulty of creating custom reports.

I solved has made our very difficult payroll so much easier.  It saves me alot of time during processing.

It helps me make my job more effecient! I focus on compliance and having the ability to build my reports and automate reminders is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

My experience with ISolved University is the weakest part of ISolved. Still, it's a useful and manageable system.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to track 300 employees all of which have different license/training requirements can be cumbersome. Isolved offers reports that I can build from scrath to help me get the insight I need to ensure we're always compliant. It also offers features to automate reminders to myself, employees, and managers so that we're always ahead of the curve.

It’s hard to navigate organically through the system, I have to use the search feature for most things. The onboarding/offboarding templates are very simple and would love a more robust experience

isolved has streamlined our payroll processing. What use to take us 4-5 days to process, now takes us about an hour.

I like how easy isolved is for both parties involved. It’s very easy for employees, and it’s easy to track hours and have stubs made. The initial setup was extremely easy. Plus, it's better for my company compared to ADP.

I think the layout could be expanded a little more. It's super small.

I find isolved makes payroll easy for employees, simplifies tracking hours, and creating stubs is a breeze.

I love that it’s a one-stop shop. We use it for everything—applicant tracking, onboarding, time tracking, payroll, and performance reviews.

I don’t like that I have to update EE information in several different places within the system.

The GL export has been extremely helpful for our accounting department.

I love the new features Isolved implements such as SAM for ease of use and resolving client questions. The support team is wonderful and receptive to explaining various aspects of Isolved each time I call.

I find the reporting aspect, mostly creating a new report, very confusing.

I like that isolved is cloud-based, which means I can access it anywhere from any computer. I also find the new chat feature good, particularly useful for when you have problems. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy.

Customer service could be improved. Sometimes you have to wait awhile to get an answer.

I use isolved for payroll, and I like that it's cloud-based, allowing access from any computer. The new chat feature is also good for when you have problems.

Centralized Platform with hiring data in one place.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

Mostly dissapointed that as a Franchise this was another additional fee while presented as an internal company platform. The recurring fee feels exhorbiant.  Everything is a subcription.  Let me buy something and leave me alone. An email and Calendar Scheduling feature integrated would really set you apart.  I had to utilize 2 other platforms along with isolved to accomplish my hiring needs. And no I do not want to set up a meeting about it.

Posting an open position to our own website.  I was informed this was the only way or I would not be utilizing izolved at all.

Some of the development and tech based roles could offer more transparency. It seems frequent that areas of the system are updated and other non-related areas can be affected as a result.

iSolved offers a comprehensive platform which can accommodate business functions that range all the way from expense management and performance reviews to complex taxation of employees based on their residence.

Report Writer and GL Maintenance access.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

Cannot pull override policy group from the Jobs tab into Report Writer.
The Job Title does not appear when you hover over the Job Title.  We have to widen the columns to see it.

Continued good customer service, and most issues are resolved in a very timely manner.

I really appreciate that isolved has a great customer service team. They are always there to help me, so I don't have to spend hours on a problem. I also like how easy it is to use.

I don't like how there are way too many forms needed for any kind of simple change.

I use isolved for payroll, handling time accruals, processing, W2s, and taxes. It's easy to use, saving me hours on problems with great customer service.

Sometimes the system may have interruptions when logging in.  I am not sure if it's due to updates.

I really enjoying working with Karen, she teaching me new ways of using iSolved so I can be self sufficient. I think she is very knowledgably. Tina Glass has also been a major help too. She has helped me when other groups are not taking my matter urgently, she owns my issues when they arent hers. She is a stand up support person. She has integrity and is so helpful. I worked with a gentleman named Eric that was great too.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I do not like that support is inconsistent. If I don't work directly with Karen I question if I am getting the right answers. It took 3 months to get a ticket handled with the file feed group. I get one email and respond timely and I don't hear back for 2 more days with another question. That takes another week to hear back. It is not efficient at all. I was not happy with the support from that group.

It is easy to use and gets our payroll information correct

I have found the ease of locating information and data upon migrating my clients from our old program, to iSolved extremely surprising. Not only has the trasnition process been very6 user friendly, my clients really love the on hand access to their reports and data.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

Some things, such as time off accrual and other benefits have to be manually adjusted to meet the requirements of iSolved. But even then, once you figure those out, still fairly simple.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously spent a lot of hours generating and regenerating reports for our clients. With the Admin access and ease of use, we have more than cut that time in half.

Our service provider is slow or non responsive to our needs. When attending an isolved event there are many things that isolved can do but we don't seem to have that capability and our service provider is silent to our requests.

isolved offers an excellent payroll module, but what stands out even more is its HR software. It is a strong product that fits well within the budget of our small organization.

I have really enjoyed the flexibility and ease of use with Isolved. They continue to develop new tools and enhance the current platforms for optimum performance. The support has been responsive to any needs or concerns. The APP enhancements for employees have been a big success.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

My biggest challenge is the pricing format. New tools are exciting but almost any development comes with a new contract to add the service. While individually the pricing seems very fair, it would be nice to have a base model that versus so much cafeteria style choices. Some like this as they can cut out tools they would not use but it can add up quickly.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The great benefit for us is all employee resources are in one system and Isolved has the options to cater to the needs of our business. The system is complete from onboarding through off boarding. The ATS has streamlined the hiring process and employee onboarding.

I find isolved makes managing employee data more efficient. The Time Feature in isolved is particularly valuable for me, as it allows for easy requests for PTO and managing other time-related requests. I really appreciate how straightforward and simple it is to keep track of time using this feature. Additionally, the initial setup of isolved was easy for me, which made the transition to using this tool smooth.

There are limitations with iSolved University. I wish there was a way to make assignments from the employee dashboard, as an example.

Everyone I have worked with at Isolved has been extremely helpful. I feel they go above and beyond to make sure I am fully helped. The system is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I really enjoy the helpful tools from isolved university, but sometimes it seems they aren't updated when the software updates and visuals or menus change.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love that Isolved integrates very well with all of their features. When we do a benefit enrollment for an employee, the deduction automatically goes into place with the applicable start date of benefits, and we have it synced up with COBRA so notifications are automatically sent. Everything is very streamlined and I am no longer entering information into multiple platforms.
