It's great for sharing, and I've used it to capture what's happening with the customer experience in an online sales funnel and for the day-to-day activities of customer service reps. It was a quick and easy way to launch projects that help illustrate day-to-day experiences, which have led to substantial project developments. Additionally, the fact that it's very easy to update when our software or sites change is something I really like. It allows me to easily flip in and out slides that need to be updated.
