Iorad is an exceptional tool. I love that it allows me to create simulations that are easy to use and deploy for almost any system, making training rollouts smooth and effective. I've used it across many industries, from IT systems to HR systems, and even in quick-service restaurant settings, including kiosks and back-of-house operations. The fact that one recording can be edited quickly and output into multiple formats, especially the interactive video where users follow and click, is fantastic. This feature helps users remember actions by building physical memory and using on-screen anchors. The language and translation features, along with standard templating, are simply brilliant. I find the setup of Iorad to be super easy, which makes it a pleasure to work with, and the support team is brilliant if any help is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about iorad? The only real problems you're going to find with iorad are exactly the same as with other DAP solutions. The problems with these screen recording tools generally come in when we are looking at multilayer and sometimes ring-fenced systems. So, POS and kiosks can sometimes be separated from the main network and require a bit more of a technical approach to capturing the simulations to begin with. I've used iorad for years and find it incredibly effective for creating how-tos and product documentation both in academic and corporate environments. I love that iorad makes it easy to communicate procedures without any misunderstandings, showing the exact steps to complete a task. What I like most is that it's super easy to use and isn't bloated by unnecessary AI features or flashy marketing tactics like some of its competitors. I appreciate being able to do simple click-throughs and then use my creativity to stylize tutorials with voiceovers, custom colors, and options for blurring sensitive information. The initial setup is straightforward, and user management, categorization, and tagging are simple.
