As a company with an M&A growth strategy, it is common for us to have employees who have positions eliminated, it is great to have this to offer to them. ### 3. They followed up, provided reports and assisted us throughout the process. **What do you dislike about INTOO?** I can't say there was anything I disliked about INTOO. They are global and it was different country to country, but that is to be expected and is understood when the process started. **Recommendations to others considering INTOO:** I recommend leveraging your customer success manager! We had a great experience with Marly and are so grateful for the data she was able to provide us. **What problems is INTOO solving and how is that benefiting you?** INTOO helped our organization when we, unfortunately, had a reduction in force. We were able to assist those impacted with outplacement services, provided by INTOO. ### 4. The team is been totally available accountable and respectful and professional throughout the process in our relationship. **What do you dislike about INTOO?** Nothing! We have been totally satisfied. We have appreciated the support, the relationship and the results for all candidates who are transitioning. My experience has been consistently great.
