Intersect has genuinely simplified how we manage client compliance. The integration with CIPC and Xero saves us hours every month, and the ability to generate and sign documents digitally means we no longer chase clients for signatures or risk version confusion. There’s a short learning curve when you first start, mainly because it does so much more than traditional tools. Some of the more advanced features (like the Beneficial Ownership module) could use extra help tooltips or walkthroughs for new users.
