Another really strong point of Formalize is how easy they make it to relate any kind of entity belonging to the compliance and security ecosistem among them. Customer support has been exceptional in our onboarding phase. **What do you dislike about Formalize?** The only dislike I have about Formalize so far is the lack of a complete API covering all entities on the platform, but as far as I know, they have it on the roadmap. **What problems is Formalize solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is being very useful on keeping all documentation and work cycles related to GRC and security.
