Overall, MCO is good with Employee Submission (pre-clearance) Requests, Alerts and Lists. I have only been using MCO for approximately 9 months, so I'm looking forward to learning more about MCO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As mentioned, I have only been using MCO for approximately 9 months. From my past experience, I have not seen MCO's ability to customize:

1. Alerts by filtering/excluding certain Alerts by ticker, account type (i.e., money market or non-discretionary) and security type (i.e., options or futures).

2. Reports

I like how user-friendly MyComplianceOffice is. The interface is great, making it easy to navigate. The alerts and notifications all work really well, keeping me informed effectively. Sometimes we get too many alerts, and have to resolve things manually, which can be a bit overwhelming. It seems like if the rules could be tightened a bit more after implementation, it might help manage the alert frequency better. Also, the initial setup took quite a long time, even though the implementation team was really good and supportive. It required a lot of work to get everything up and running. Recurring Tasks are a life saver. There is a good amount of flexibility around Task creation that enables a firm to collect the information it needs from its employees to meet its compliance requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some areas that could benefit from improvements and increase the overall value added. Particularly the Employee Trading section could have improvements around pricing verification, corporate action capturing and overall allowing greater control around correcting trades so that the change is re-processed to update positions retrospectively. Too many data points to manage and areas that need customization. You need the time and effort to fine-tune MCO and it is an ongoing challenge. It doesn't work out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The layout is intuitive. The relationship manager is helpful and responsive, replying quickly whenever I reach out. Once I sign in, I can immediately see the tasks I need to complete and access everything easily and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This might sound like a crazy comment, but the colors just don’t appeal to me. They feel a bit too institutional. This doesnt affect performance of the system or, in the end, my performance, but an initial observation each time I open the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MyComplianceOffice lets us automate compliance questions and tasks, and we know that no employee (or employee transaction) will fall through the cracks. We use MyComplianceOffice on a daily basis, and it is very easy to use. MyComplianceOffice personnel are available to help us walk through any questions or issues. When we have made requests that are "out of the box" (i.e., requests that may not be typical in our industry), it can take MyComplianceOffice a while to process those particular requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel there’s room for improvement with the unmatched accounts feature. I find it difficult to research the items there and fully complete the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to maintain the IP address whitelisting as an MyCompliance admin which is easy to maintain otherwise we have to reach out to the support every time there is a change required to update the IP allow list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
