**What do you like best about MyComplianceOffice?**

The layout is intuitive. The relationship manager is helpful and responsive, replying quickly whenever I reach out. Once I sign in, I can immediately see the tasks I need to complete and access everything easily and quickly.

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

This might sound like a crazy comment, but the colors just don’t appeal to me. They feel a bit too institutional. This doesnt affect performance of the system or, in the end, my performance, but an initial observation each time I open the app.

**What problems is MyComplianceOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with tracking any possible conflicts we need to further review, track any risks and obligations and approvals across the business. Our regulatory landscape is changing, and MCO helps me, us, to keep up and maintain our needs in a centralized location.

MyComplianceOffice lets us automate compliance questions and tasks, and we know that no employee (or employee transaction) will fall through the cracks.  We use MyComplianceOffice on a daily basis, and it is very easy to use.  MyComplianceOffice personnel are available to help us walk through any questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

When we have made requests that are "out of the box" (i.e., requests that may not be typical in our industry), it can take MyComplianceOffice a while to process those particular requests.

**What problems is MyComplianceOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a federally registered investment company, and MyComplianceOffice lets us automate certain certifications that we are required to obtain from all our employees on a regular basis (quarterly or annually).  MyComplianceOffice also provides a solution for us to monitor employees' personal securities accounts in a way that complies with our Code of Ethics.

It provides more detail than I usually need, but you never know when it might come in handy.

It isn’t quite as easy to use as I expected. I find myself needing cheat sheets for a few things, because the acronyms are easy to forget if I’m not using them regularly.

We used to receive hundreds of paper copies of brokerage statements. Now we’re down to only a couple dozen per month, since there are still some brokers who don’t allow links through the internet systems that feed MCO reports.

**What do you like best about MyComplianceOffice?**

I use MyComplianceOffice for know your employee matters, personal account dealing, gifts and hospitality, as well as the forms manager for attestations. I find the user interface slick, easy to use, and customizable. I also appreciate the ability to create my own forms and build complex workflows. The rules engine is comprehensive. MyComplianceOffice saves us from having to run a paper-based program or bear the initial and ongoing cost of an in-house built system.

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

I think MyComplianceOffice could be better with improved data extract reports and enhanced UI for the rules engine to make it more visual. Also, it would be great if it could expose more broker feed data to improve the efficiency of trade alert reviews.

I use MyComplianceOffice for employee matters, account dealing, gifts, and attestations. It saves us from paper-based programs and costly in-house systems.

The best part of MCO is its flexibility and customization abilities. Many of its features are self service which allows us to adapt to ever changing org structures, regulations and internal requirements on our own timeline and no additional contracts or costs.

There are certain modules that, from a business use side, don’t quite align to the industry expectation so are taking to work to get to where we need it.

There are many features, some add-on a la carte, that allow admins to customize the platform to their needs.  Direct feeds, OCR for statements, and monitoring technologies (i.e. third party political contributions) all help make compliance oversight easier and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

The conversion from our old system was a catastrophic mess.  Best to leave everything behind and build from stratch.

I really liked that we had amazing support during the transition from MCT/SCT to MCO that allowed us to perform user acceptance testing prior to rolling MCO out to our employees. I appreciate that we always receive prompt responses when we reach out to support. The UX is friendly, especially for our more challenged employees.

I wish some things were more customizable out of the box.

The client services team is often very quick to acknowledge questions and provide feedback.

Although the team is quick to provide feedback, the feedback is not always relevant to the specific case. I have had numerous situations where the feedback was not plausible, which made me seek other outside support.

I am not currently in communications with MCO regarding an issue. However, I like the functionality that MCO is consistenly always updating their systems to allow for better ease of usage.

**What do you like best about MyComplianceOffice?**

The support team at MCO is attentive and helpful when working through issues we encounter and experience in administrating MCO. Due to system constraints, they are willing to try and find workaround solutions to resolve the immediate issue.

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

The limitations and constraints of the system itself. It has a very clunky design which may have served it's purpose initially however there are a number of complexities and workflows which appear to make the overall difficult to use and implement from a user perspective. Whether this was the intention when designing the system, the current system design requires heavy administrative support from the end user which could be avoided.

In terms of design, there are a number of limitations in the system design which can be amended or configured to meet certain user needs, some of which includes system messaging. It would be beneficial where system messaging is unable to be amended for the notifications and labels to be consistent throughout MCO.

**What problems is MyComplianceOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently working with MCO to reconfigure a number of our existing BAU functions to reduce the administration effort on our side. However, from the presentations provided by MCO the holdings project which is due for scoping this year will hopefully provide the biggest impact for us as an end user. However, this will ultimately depend on how they plan to re-configure the holdings calculations to resolve the underlying issues. If the holdings project isn't able to cater to our needs then there would be minimal to no improvement on the issues we are currently facing as a large percentage of our time is spent manually correcting employees holdings.

Additionally, we have been working with MCO to try and obtain holdings reports for compliance reviews however due to system limitations 1 of the reports is required to be provided by MCO directly. If the reporting functionality could be enhanced this would be beneficial to both MCO and users.

When I stepped into the CCO role, the system used for compliance was not user-friendly.  After researching, we found that MCO best met our employee disclosure needs.  The system was very easy for staff to use and allows me to monitor trades and required disclosures and create tasks for employees.

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

The only thing I would like to see changed is that when creating tasks for employees, I do not have the ability to schedule reoccurring tasks where the reoccurrence is more than a year apart, just as license renewals.

It gives an all-in-one software for me to monitor compliance requirements.  We just completed our first SEC audit and using MCO made it easy to provide the information requested.

**What do you like best about MyComplianceOffice?**

MCO is an easy to use - for both users and administrators - tool that runs reliably and has been serving us well for almost 10 years now. It is a straightforward, no nonsense tool that does what it should and if there are any issues, the service desk is very responsive and helpful. It is webbased so can be accessed anytime anywhere as administrator and offers an App which is highly apreciated by the users. 5 star rating from us!

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

There isn't honestly anything I dislike about the system, it works really well for us in the way that we use it. Maybe for larger offices the downside is that it is not easily individually configurable as I understand it, but as haven't had to do this anyway it wasn't an issue for us.

**What problems is MyComplianceOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use MCO for managing pre-clearance and post-trade reporting of employees et al. concerning our restricted stocks. Further, it helps us with our Quarterly Employee Trade reviews and our Annual Compliance Confirmations.

User friendly yet multi-functional for effective maintenance of different aspects of compliance and internal controls.

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

Migration to new user interface has been sporadic and confusing for sections that are not fully functional yet.

**What problems is MyComplianceOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

System helps to maintain and organise personal dealing accounts/holdings records. Firmwide distribution of initial, quarterly and annual policy attestations for new and existing employees.

> The transition from the old to the new interface has been a significant change, and we apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing during this process. The move to the new interface has been much more time consuming than we originally planned, but we are making progress with each release. The end goal is to have all of the same functionality that was available in the old user interface plus additional features and functions via the newer technology. We apologize that this has taken so long, but we are working hard to get it done as quickly as possible. Thank you for your feedback.

MyComplianceOffice is a one-stop portal for all of our compliance needs. It has been instrumental in streamlining our compliance processes in-house, and we have found great value in it!

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

I have not yet experienced any real dislikes with MCO. It would be helpful if some of the questionnaires/forms allowed deeper formatting changes. It would also be helpful if some of the assignments stemming from tasks get approval/denial buttons.

**What problems is MyComplianceOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our firm signed on with MCO primarily for electronic data feeds. Our employees and registered representatives have many brokerage accounts, so we were receiving an enormous amount of mail/paper. The thought of there being a way to have the brokerage data come in electronically was very enticing. The electronic data feeds have streamlined our brokerage process from adding accounts/reviewing accounts to terminating accounts. We have saved paper and time!

Being able to centralize all your important Compliance related processes in a single place. Scheduling these processes and relying on MCO to do the 'chasing' for you in case users forget to complete their assignments by their due date!

Having to use two different interfaces (an old and a new UI) is not ideal.  But I understand MCO is working hard to having this resolved soon and work is clearly progressing on this.

The user interface and admin tools are simple to understand.  The onboarding process is well run and customer support is prompt. Broker engagement is well run.  Employee onboarding is simple.

**What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?**

MCO needs to finish integrating the old UI and new UI so that admin does not have to switch between interfaces.  Some of the reporting tables need to be updated to standard modern CMS.  The platform needs to allow batch export of completed documents and have a better system for recording reviewer comments.

**What problems is MyComplianceOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basic RIA compliance management for policies, procedures, and trade management.  Platform does everything we need other than communication archiving.

It helps to make reporting of gifts and entertainment a lot easier by offering reports to be downloaded.

Only 1 provider is allowed per request, bulk upload is not working as intended, certain data gets deleted over time, too many mandatory fields.

Rather than keeping track of individual requests, MCO tracks all the requests in one central location and allows an easy approval process via rules.

I had a great experience with onboarding.  My onboarding team was responsive, well versed in the software and made sure I understood everything I needed to before concluding the onboarding.  MCO is already saving me time and effort with respect to our compliance program.

Some things are not available in new MCO...so need to go back and forth between classic and new modules.

Personal trading reviews and compliance manual attestations.  MCO now automates brokerage and trade info.  I also have set up tasks for annual attestations.

MCO is very user friendly and helps streamline a lot of our compliance responsibilities. It can also be customized to fit your specific needs.

There's not much to dislike. Occasionally, during software updates, it can go a little slow but that doesn't happen often.

The advertising review portal and trade review portal are the most beneficial to our uses. The time spent on these activities was drastically reduced once we started using MCO. Also, having the centralized record keeping has made our production efforts much more efficient.

Easy to use for both administrators and users/team members. It's a very straightforward and user-friendly tool that we've had in place for several years now. Our account team is very responsive if we do happen to have any issues.

Sometimes the integrations and the workflows can be a bit difficult. So there are some limitations that we have run into, but overall it has been a great solution for us so far.

The functionality, in certain instances, is very good and the user interface is clear and easy to use.

MCO apparently does not have a dedicated testing environment, which causes problems for implementation testing when using live data.

Conflicts management.  The system allows for broad conflicts checks across firm deals/mnpi and employee information (i.e. employee trades, OBAs, PSTs).

Super complex tools - need to learn how to use, but once you learn it, the tool will support a lot of Compliance process in the Organization.

It is too complex. Sometimes I feel that we're losing opportunities not using some features of the system because of its complexity. And customizations are hard to obtain as well.

Patria uses MCO to control several Compliance process, generating evidences, paper track, audit logs, etc. It avoids informal controls and centralize all the workflows in one single platform.

It is bulky, not accurate, you have to go to the old interface to restrict things.  Feeds are down often and it is not easy to use.

it is supposed to be a one stop shop for disclosures, employee trade feeds and policies.  It is none of that after 4 months on the system
